Continuity: When the main character has his fingers cut off with the chainsaw, you can see that three fingers (His pinky, ring and middle finger) get cut off. But in the next shot when you see his hand, and for the rest of the movie, he is only missing two fingers - his pinky and ring finger.
Factual error: At the beginning of the movie, the main characters are supposedly in Amsterdam, but everyone is speaking German, it's not just the main characters doing this.
