Visible crew/equipment: When Mrs. MacReady meets the Pevensie children at the train station, the reflector screen is reflected in the lenses of her glasses, as she looks down when she speaks to them. It is also visible when the children first arrive at the house, when Mrs. MacReady says, "There shall be no disturbing of the professor."

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005) - 59 mistakes
Directed by Andrew Adamson, starring James McAvoy, Tilda Swinton (add more)
Continuity: When Edmund speaks with the White Witch the first time, as he eats the Turkish Delight candy, the amount and pattern of powdered sugar that remains on his lips differs in the following shots, depending on camera angle.
Continuity: When Peter finds the note about the capture of Mr. Tumnus he pulls it down off the nail, ripping the top edge of the paper. In a following shot the top edge of the paper can be seen fully intact, then ripped again.
Continuity: After falling through the wardrobe the first time, when Lucy places her hands on the snow covered lamppost, she leaves marks on it which repeatedly change in the following shots.
Continuity: When Lucy is at the lamppost the first time, in one shot she has her right hand on the post, in the next overhead shot, her left hand is on the post. The next shot, her right hand is back on the post. There is no time for her to switch hands.
Continuity: When the four children are waiting for Mrs. Macready to pick them up, a car drives by leaving tire tracks in the dirt road. When the horse drawn cart comes up the road towards them, the car tracks have vanished.
Audio problem: When they're standing on the breaking ice, as Peter points his sword at Maugrim, Susan shouts, "Look, just because some man in a red coat hands you a sword doesn't make you a hero. Just drop it." In the very next shot (we still see Susan's profile, despite the side shot), Susan's lips/jaw are moving, but nothing is heard, which occurs just as Peter quickly glances at her and we also hear Beaver shout, "No, Peter!"
Continuity: When Mr. Tumnus meets Lucy, the amount of snow on his umbrella differs.
Revealing: Aslan is carrying Lucy and Susan on his back to the battle and is running at a very fast speed. If you look at the girls' hair though, it isn't moving at all, flat against their backs as if there wasn't any wind.
Continuity: When the train is pulling away from the station, the Penvesie children are leaning out a door window waving, and the small compartment window next to them is open, with hands sticking out, waving goodbye. In the following shot no hands are sticking out the window.
Continuity: When Edmund is following Lucy into the room with the wardrobe, once inside the wardrobe she closes the door, but when Edmund is looking at the wardrobe the door is open, then when he is going inside he opens the doors.
Deliberate "mistake": Obviously due to the family nature of the film, but when Peter stabs the White Witch's henchmen at battle, the sword always remains clean, and never bloody. (This is considered a valid mistake despite the explanation of being a Disney family film.)
Continuity: When Edmund is eating the turkish delight, the shape/size of the pieces he eats differ, due to the bites changing between shots.
Continuity: When Susan shoots the arrow into the target, in following shots the arrow's position differs.
Continuity: When Lucy and Mr. Tumnus first meet, he drops his packages on the snow covered ground. The positions of the parcels are quite different in the overhead shot, as Lucy walks over to Mr. Tumnus.
Revealing: When the Beaver's and the Penvesie's trek along the ice river, the Beaver's drag their tails along through the snow, yet the snow is never disturbed by them.
Revealing: When the girls are on Aslan's back, you can tell that there is a flat screen behind them.
Continuity: When the Pevensies are playing hide-and-seek, there's a shot of Lucy running up the stairs. If you look closely, she is wearing the dress that she wears in her third time to Narnia, not the dress that she was wearing when she goes through the wardrobe into Narnia for the first time.
Revealing: During the battle scene, the White Witch clearly stabs Peter in the arm with her sword. In the very next shot the sword goes through the chainmail behind his arm, into the ground.
Continuity: As Lucy watches the dazzling display in the fireplace, she alternately holds her cup down on the saucer/up by her face.
Continuity: When Peter, Susan, Lucy and the Beavers arrive to Aslan's camp and see Oreius, his body is all black. In the battle you can see that Oreius has black legs up to his knees, but then his body is brown. It's easy to see just when the Minotaur drops from Oreius's back: the stomach is brown.
Visible crew/equipment: When Lucy, Peter, and Susan are riding on the ice chunk down the river, when you see a shot of Lucy struggling to maintain her grip on the ice block, immediately after, there is a shot of Peter holding what was supposed to be Lucy. However, it's not Lucy; the person Peter was holding was bigger than Lucy and had blonde-brown hair.
Continuity: When Edmund first enters Narnia, he falls backwards out of the last of the coats and onto the snow. There is a close-up shot of Edmund as he lands on his back, and we can see a sprinkling of snow already on the front of his robe. In the next shot, he sits up, and the front of his robe is immaculate.
Continuity: After Lucy pulls the cloth down, off from the wardrobe, its position on the floor drastically changes in following shots.
Continuity: When the Pevensie children leave Mr. Tumnus' home they hear noises outside, so Susan places her hand on Peter's arm and Peter holds her hand. Just before Beaver appears, in the front shot, Susan and Peter remove their hands, but in the next shot they're back on Peter's arm.
Continuity: In the White Witch's castle, when Edmund speaks with her about Aslan, his shirt collar goes from being over his sweater, to under, then over again.
Continuity: After Lucy and Mr. Tumnus meet, when they pick up the scattered parcels their positions in his arms differ, and the string/bows tied round them differ repeatedly between shots.
Deliberate "mistake": During the biggest battle at the end of the movie, you can look at Peter's sword any time and see that even after stabbing and killing a lot of people, there is no blood on the sword. (This is a Disney family film and as such no blood is shown. Still a mistake, but there's the reason.)
Continuity: When Edmund is talking to Peter after they've found out that Aslan has died, Edmund has a cut on his lip for most of his close-up shots. But after Edmund says, "Aslan believed you could and so do I," in his next close-up shot, the cut on his lip has disappeared.
Continuity: During and before the battle between Aslan's and Jadis' armies, the red chin strap on Peter's helmet changes position a few times.
Continuity: When Edmund is sitting in the White Witch's sleigh he is eating the cakes. He switches from eating with his left hand to his right and then back to his left, dependent on the angle of the camera.
Factual error: When the train is travelling away from Paddington Station, the locomotive does not have a number on the buffer beam, but has a number plate on the smokebox door. It also has a large 'British Railways' symbol on the tender. In 1940, the Great Western Railway would have had the number on the buffer beam and a either a small GWR logo on the tender or Great Western in full. British Railways wasn't created until 1948.
Continuity: When Edmund falls backward into the snow, after his near hit by the White Witch's sleigh, his dressing gown changes from hanging down over his knees, to folded back, over his chest.
Continuity: When Lucy, Peter, Susan and the Beavers speak with Santa, the position of Santa's large bag when it's on the ground, and then in the sleigh, distinctly differs between shots.
Continuity: When Edmund first enters Narnia, he is attacked by the White Witch's henchman, who pushes him into the snow. In some shots, there is a considerable amount of snow in his ear, and in others, its completely gone. This switches several times.
Continuity: When Lucy, Edmund, Peter and Susan fall through the wardrobe together, as they stand there the amount and pattern of snow on Edmund disappears, then reappears, and changes drastically between shots, while they're arguing before they head off.
Revealing: When the stone tablet breaks, Lucy and Susan fall down. But if you watch the ground, it never actually moves to make them fall.
Continuity: When being chased by the witch (which turns out to be Santa Claus) across the plain, the shadows change direction between shots, and in the close-ups there is more than one shadow per person.
Continuity: The unicorn that Peter is riding in the big battle scene has a horn, then doesn't, then does.
Visible crew/equipment: When Maugrim says "I won't wait forever", crew lights are reflected in Peter's sword.
Other: When Aslan is resurrected, and the Stone Table cracks, you see Susan and Lucy stumble from the jolt and fall. If you watch closely, however, Susan prepares herself for the jolt before it ever happens. She throws her arms out and bends slightly at the waist, a few seconds before the jolt.
Continuity: After Edmund has been rescued and is talking to Aslan on the cliff, as he starts walking back to the tents, Aslan in the background is suddenly taller than him, even though he is further from the camera. In the next shot Aslan's height is normal again.
Continuity: As Edmund lays prisoner in the White Witch's cell, the long chain dragged along the floor, binding his feet, changes position during shots.
Continuity: Peter and Aslan are standing, looking out over Narnia and in frontal views Aslan is only as tall as Peter’s shoulders. But from reverse shots Aslan is taller than Peter.
Continuity: As Jadis, the White Witch, and her army approach, and subsequently battle the army of Aslan, both army's collective shadows differ throughout this scene.
Continuity: As Lucy, Peter, Susan and the Beavers trek through the snow towards Aslan, their shadows repeatedly change in consecutive shots, such as going from long shadows to their right, to hardly any, to long again.
Factual error: During the opening WW2 battle scene, the German pilot's boots have modern Vibram soles.
Revealing: When Lucy first meets Mr Tumnus, she looks down at his legs and sees that they are not the legs of a human, but of a fawn. During this shot, Tumnus shifts his legs slightly, and it is evident that the CG legs do not exert any pressure on the snow at all. This mistake occurs at several other points in the film.
Factual error: The bomb aimer on the Heinkel 111 which bombs London at the beginning of the film is equipped with a red LED console indicating which bombs were left. This portion of the film is intended to be set in the real world, not some technologically advanced alternative universe; as such, this is a clear anachronism as LEDs were not invented until 1962.
Continuity: After Edmund falls through the wardrobe, into Narnia, his hair changes from bushy, brushed back and messy, to suddenly flat and combed between shots.
Continuity: When Lucy discovers the covered wardrobe during hide and seek, the way the cloth is draped over the wardrobe, and its folds, differ in the overhead close-up, just before she opens it.
Continuity: When Edmund sits in the White Witch's sleigh, drinking hot chocolate, the liquid on his lips disappears, then reappears, depending on camera angle.
Continuity: When Lucy first meets Mr. Tumnus, he holds an umbrella and the strap is either over or under his fingers, depending on camera angle.
Continuity: After Susan and Lucy say they don't have fun anymore, they splash each other in the water, before being surprised by Maugrim, and a few moments later, Peter runs into the water to rescue them. The water stains on their clothing noticeably differ between shots.
Continuity: After Lucy gives Mr. Tumnus one of his packages he dropped, he puts it under his arm. The package is rectangular, yet in the next shot we see a long tube shaped package is under his arm as well.
Continuity: When the four Pevensie children are standing on the Coombe Halt platform, waiting, Susan is holding her brown suitcase in one shot, then in the next shot it's on the floor, and she picks it up once again.
Continuity: When Lucy pulls the cloth off the wardrobe, a corner of it lands on her head with heavier side on her right so that for it to completely fall, it would have to fall either behind or or on her right. However, when the shot changes, it shows the cloth falling in front of her, not even coming in contact.
Continuity: After Edmund rejoins his siblings, he has a blood-clotted cut on his lip. During the scene where the White Witch comes and meets with Aslan, the cut changes from big, to almost-healed, then back to big.
Continuity: When Lucy first enters Narnia and meets Mr. Tumnus, she hides behind the lamp. When she comes out from behind it she has snow up the front of her dress to her waist. In the next shot she only has snow at the hem of her dress.
