Continuity: When the group is seated at a table and having drinks at the back of the Dance Hall, they toast each other (note Ally's hand on Marie's shoulder during the entire scene). Then when Marie makes her inappropriately familiar quip about the Strangers cigarettes, Ally's hand is still on her shoulder. Yet when the Master of Ceremony, who is Ally, is at center stage to introduce "Lizzie's Song". Ally appears to be in two places at once.

According to the Director's Commentary, when Lizzie, Nell and Marie are drinking wine and singing in Lizzie's flat the actors ended up using real wine as the fake wine looked too fake and ended up quite tipsy which made for a livelier take or two. See more...
