Continuity mistake: In the scene where Seth Rogan says, "Is that the Six Million Dollar Man's boss?" and points to the Oscar Goldman doll, the doll in blue to the right of it doesn't have a hat on. In the scenes immediately before and after, it does.

Continuity mistake: When Jay, Cal and Andy are talking about the date with Trish, Cal and Jay's arms move between shots without enough time for them to have done it naturally. Best example is after the line "She's really sweet," Jay's arms go from crossed to at his sides.
Continuity mistake: There is a shot of Trish's hand on Andy's shoulder and her other one in her lap when they are talking about selling his action figures on eBay. The camera switches to an over-the-shoulder shot of her and both hands are in her lap. The view switches instantly, so there's no time for her to move her hand.
Continuity mistake: When the drunk girl is driving, she sideswipes several parked cars, and the side-view mirror on the passenger side of her car is ripped off. A few shots later, the mirror is back.

Continuity mistake: When Andy arrives at work the morning after it was revealed that he is a virgin, he pulls open the door to walk into Smart Tec and his bike tire gets caught in the door. In the shot following, the door closes behind him as if he pushed the door open and had not pulled it open.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where David and Jay are talking to Andy, Jay is talking about the babies daddy and how the guys on the outside will find out. During this exchange, Jay's position changes completely.
Other mistake: When Andy first meets Trish, they are looking at a display of DVD players and VCRs. She points to a DVD player and says "This one looks pretty good." Andy replies, "You don't want that VCR." Although a display card has been deliberately placed in front of it to mask what it really is, the VCR appears to really be a DVD player.
Continuity mistake: When Andy is riding with the drunk girl, she pulls up to her destination and smashes into a Lincoln, sending it perpendicular to the curb. The shot changes and the angle of the Lincoln is far less and there is less visible damage.
Continuity mistake: After the second or third time the woman pulls the wax off of Andy's chest you see her pull back quickly and stand straight up. It cuts to a shot with Andy's friends in the shot, and she is leaning over Andy again.
Continuity mistake: Just after the scene when it is first discovered that Andy is a virgin, as he walks into the store he is wearing a single strap bag, but as soon as it cuts to inside the store he is no longer wearing a bag at all.
Continuity mistake: When Andy is talking to Jay while he is watching "Dawn of the Dead" and Jay is freaking out you can see they repeat the shot of the dad getting bitten by the girl.
Revealing mistake: When Andy flies through the billboard from his bicycle, there is no driver in the truck the advertisement was on. You can see through the side window and mirror that no one is in the truck.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Andy is being waxed, Jay has a gold cross pendant around his neck - the pendant is visable and exposed over his shirt at the beginning of the scene. However in the last shot the pendant becomes tucked under his shirt.
Revealing mistake: When Andy hits the pothole, - watch where the bike lands. It's almost immediately next to him. Andy pops up and says he's fine - the bike is nowhere near where it first landed.
Continuity mistake: In the opening credits, Andy tucks his pant leg in his sock. The next scene shows him riding his bike to work as the credits continue to roll - his pant leg is now out over the sock like normal. The next scene shows the sock back over the pant leg. (00:05:00)
