In the scene with Jim super-gluing himself to himself and just after the police tell him to 'freeze', if you listen closely you can hear the radio say 'Right George K' which, if you listen hard enough, is said all the time the police are chasing you on all the Grand Theft Auto games.
The monkey from the first American Pie is back. Actually it's the same monkey as in Eddie Murphy's Dr. Dolittle. Jason Biggs mentions it in the DVD commentary.
When the DVD was first released, Kevin was not pictured on the cover, though all of the other friends, even Vicky, appeared there. It has since been corrected and the DVD cover now features Kevin as well.
