Visible crew/equipment: In the finale, Jessica runs over to Jason from behind and she stabs him in the heart with the dagger. Then Jason lashes back and hits Jessica, and she goes flying backwards. Absolutely anyone can see the large blue crash mat that she lands on.

Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993) - 66 mistakes
starring Kane Hodder (add more)
Continuity: At the end of the movie the demons pull Jason down and he is tightly wearing his mask, but the next shot is his mask laying on the ground that Freddy comes back up to get.
Revealing: When Jason (in Robert's body) is shot in the head at the end of the hall, a close up reveals the bullet hole to be obviously just makeup.
Continuity: In the scene where Jessica is in the shower crying and the power goes out, she gets out, puts on a white t-shirt and goes walking around the house. When she walks through the garage door and grabs a hammer, there is blood on the front of the t-shirt (right at or a little lower than her waist and looks like someone grabbed the shirt with a bloody hand). Where did it come from? She didn't run into anything or anyone. [There's a deleted scene showing her step on a piece of glass. She gets blood on her hands when she pulls the glass out, then presumably wipes her hands on her shirt. Still a mistake, as removing that scene means the blood appears from nowhere, but there's the reason.]
Revealing: When the female FBI agent falls over the railing onto the table, you can see that the legs have been pre-bent to make it break easier.
Other: In the scene at the beginning where Phil eats Jason's Heart, you'll notice that he screams like a monster for a bit. Don't you think that the two security guards would hear the screaming, being that they're in the very next room?
Continuity: After Jessica shoots Josh in the head, he lies on the floor and his tee-shirt is clearly untucked. But when he grabs Jessica, and then wrestle on the floor, his shirt is now tucked in.
Continuity: When the coroner is inspecting Jason's body he is wearing a watch on his left wrist. While he is eating the heart the watch disappears but returns after he is possessed.
Visible crew/equipment: When Steven carries Jessica to the car, they climb in. Then, as the shot is being filmed very close to the car, a crewmember wearing a white tee-shirt is perfectly reflected in the car window. It’s so noticeable, it’s unbelievable
Continuity: There are two times after the female FBI agent gets out of the shower that she is wearing underwear when she put none on, and the pair that she has on is completely different from the one she originally took off. The first is when she runs directly to the door from the shower after the power goes out. The second is seen when she puts on only a towel shortly after, and then falls over the railing, you can see she's wearing underwear there as well.
Continuity: When the bomb is dropped, Jason is looking skyward, but in the next shot he's looking straight forward.
Deliberate "mistake": when the FBI agents are shooting Jason, 2 things happen that shouldn't, 1. his machete is shot but doesn't move, the force from the bullet would cause the knife to move. 2. when the bullets hit the knife, they cause sparks, bullets do not spark when the hit metal.
Continuity: When Steven impales Josh with the fireplace poker, Josh starts to stumble very slowly toward the window, but in the next shot, he is moving with enough force to move across the room and shatter through a window.
Continuity: At the start of the film Jason chases Agent Marcus from the cabin, and she is barefoot. But in the shots of her running through the woods, in some shots she is barefoot, in others she has white socks and big black boots on, and in others she has flesh-coloured trainers on.
Continuity: In the scene where they show Jason's mailbox, it says Vorhees. The correct spelling is Voorhees.
Revealing: Jessica is in the shower crying, and then she grabs a shirt and pulls it on, never putting on anything else. However after Steven punches Robert, he carries Jessica to his car. As he puts her down on the seat, Jessica’s shirt rides up, revealing a flesh-coloured thong.
Continuity: The position of Edna's headscarf changes between shots before her head is slammed in the car door.
Revealing: When Edna's head is slammed in the door, it is completely bloodless and her head appears to bounce back to normal shape.
Continuity: When Agent Marcus arrives at the Crystal Lake cabin at the start, the sun is low, but the sky is still bright. In the next shot as she goes into the house, the sky is pitch black.
Continuity: In one inside shot of the tent, Luke is lying down on his chest and he turns the lantern on. In the very next shot from outside, it shows his shadow cast from the inside of the tent, and he is now sitting up.
Continuity: When Jason is attacking Steven in Diana's house, before Steve impales Josh (who is possessed by Jason) with the the poker, Josh lifts his head to look into the mirror but the reflection of Jason stays still.
Revealing: In the scene where Deborah and Luke are having sex in the tent, the coroner (as Jason) comes from behind her, stabs her, and brings the poker upward slicing her upper torso in half. If you look closely in normal play, or put in slow motion, you can see the body is already cut before the poker comes up.
Continuity: In the police station, Jessica gives a rubber duck to Stephanie in one shot, but in the next shot it has gone. It returns in the following shot.
Continuity: The pole that impales Deborah moves from going though her chest just below her boobs, to much lower down, in her waist between shots.
Continuity: When Deborah returns back to the tent, it pans across to show the dead body of Alexis propped up against a tree. In a following shot from the point of view of Phil, who is possessed by Jason, watching the tent from beind some leaves, you can see they body of Alexis has now gone.
Continuity: The white sweater, tee-shirt etc., that Agent Marcus throws in a heap beside the sink change position from when she runs the bath, to when the lights go out.
Continuity: Dirt and grass disappears from the back of steven's sweater, just before Jason throws him.
Continuity: When Jessica stabs Jason, black blood squirts over his hockey mask, but in the next shot it has gone.
Continuity: After Jessica stabs Jason he throws her off and she falls backwards, but in the next shot she is turned around and flying face forward.
Continuity: The blood vanishes from the pole which goes through Duke's leg.
Continuity: When Jessica arrives at the Voorhees house, her neck is clean, but when she enters the room with Duke in it, she has a black handprint on the side of her neck.
Revealing: At the end of the film when Freddy's arm bursts out of the ground and grabs Jason's hockey mask, you can see none of his skin is burnt, like it should be, and also they metal blades on his glove clearly bend like plastic.
Revealing: After Steven cuts possessed Roberts throat with a machete, you can see that the machete is completely free of blood.
Continuity: The note that Jessica found in Stephanie’s crib changes. When she finds it, it reads “I have what you want…” and is written in blue ballpoint pen. But when Steven finds the note later, it reads “I have your baby…” and is now written in thick, black permanent marker.
Revealing: After Vicki has been killed, Jessica mourns by her body. She then proceeds to stroke Vicki’s hair and face. Well, Vicki dies with her eyes wide open. However, as Jessica strokes her face, Vicki closes her eyes. Her eyes then remain closed for all the following shots of her.
Visible crew/equipment: When Pookie shoots at Robert, who is possessed as Jason, in one side shot you can see Pookie is wearing safety goggles. In all the other shots he has nothing around his eyes.
Continuity: When Steven jumps upwards, and out of his handcuffs, he knocks out the policeman who was walking with him. As the policeman falls to the floor, his hat falls off. However in the next shot the unconscious policeman is lying on the floor with his hat back on his head.
Continuity: When Vicki is cleaning the bloodstain from the carpet, Jessica enters the room and they talk. Between shots the yellow rubber gloves and the small sponges which sit on the bloodstained carpet change position.
Continuity: When Josh attacks Diana, Steven tries to save her. We see Steven being taken by the police and his blue jeans are spotless. Yet in the very next scene of Steven talking with Randy at the station, Steven’s jeans are now soaked in blood, for no apparent reason.
Continuity: When Josh is impaled by the poker, he stumbles towards the window and crashes out of it, pulling the white curtains with him so that they drape outside the window. But in the next shot the curtains are pulled back neatly inside the room once again.
Continuity: When Josh is attacking Steven, after Steven tried to save Diana from Josh, the small table with a lamp, photo frames and other ornaments on it has half it’s items knocked off, with a couple of ornaments remaining on it. In the next shot, these ornaments have also gone. In addition, the green rocking chair next to the table, has a decorative cloth sitting on the seat of the chair, but in the next shot the cloth is draped over the back of the rocking chair.
Revealing: Phil, who is possessed by Jason, puts shaving cream on Josh’s moustache. Then, he takes a razor and begins to shave his stubble off, and then his moustache - however, you can quite clearly see that Josh’s moustache is not there anyway, and has disappeared between shots.
Continuity: When Phil, who is possessed by Jason, has Josh tried up inside the Voorhees house, he takes some shaving cream and puts it all over Josh’s moustache. However in the next shot there is suddenly much more cream on Josh’s moustache/chin.
Continuity: When Diana walks out of the doors carrying a silver tray, you can see inside the tray and it is completely empty. However in the following shots as she walks across the car park, there is now a white bowl of dog food inside the previously empty tray.
Continuity: When Alexis is outside by the campfire, she is fiddling about with a blue sleeping bag, which is rolled up in a bundled circle. However in the next shot the sleeping bag is suddenly rolled out flat across the ground, and Alexis now unzips it.
Continuity: At the diner where the Jason Burgers are being sold, Ward complains about not being able to make the patties correctly, so Joey demonstrates. As she makes the two eyeholes with her finger, the patty changes places on the counter between shots.
Continuity: When the Coroner is stopped by the two security guards, he places his pizza box a bag of drinks down on the table. One guard then pats him down and then in the next shot the position of the drinks bag on top of the pizza box has changed.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jason runs onto the large shooting field, swat members start shooting him. In one shot behind Jason, you can see a black hose running across the grass, and going up into the trouser of his right leg.
Continuity: When the light bulb explodes, Agent Marcus takes the old, burnt bulb away, and puts it on top of the metal ladder she's standing on. In the next shot she descends the ladder and folds it up, with the old, burnt light bulb having mysteriously disappeared.
Revealing: As Agent Marcus runs through the woods, away from Jason, all she wears is a white towel around her body, which is just tucked in and over at the top. However it is very obvious that the towel is clipped together round the waist, in order for it not to fall of, most obvious because she trips, climbs over branches, etc. and the towel is always tightly secured.
Continuity: When Robert, who is possessed by Jason, is reaching through the car window to get Jessica and Steven, you can see his reflection on the car hood. This reflection should show Jason, as we've already seen in the movie that the host body Jason is in should show Jason in any reflection.
Continuity: When Agent Marcus is replacing the burnt bulb while standing on the ladder, between shots the bill of her baseball cap folds itself upward.
Continuity: After the female FBI agent falls over the railing and through the coffee table, the two legs closest to the screen roll away, but when the table is shown again, the legs are underneath it.
Continuity: The father of Jessica's baby, while in jail, had some of his fingers broken by Craitan Duke, but in the next scene, he is fighting another character and his hand with broken fingers is working fine.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jessica enters the living room, and Vicki is cleaning the bloodstain, you can see a boom mike pole in the top right corner by the ceiling fan.
Continuity: While eating Jason's heart, the coroner's shirt is covered with the fountain of black fluid coming from his mouth, but when the assistant coroner comes in there is far less liquid on his shirt.
Continuity: When the coroner sees Jason's heart beating, from shot to shot he has a little blood, then a lot, and then just a little again, but when he goes to actually eat the heart there is a lot of blood smeared on his cheek and face.
Continuity: When Deborah is impaled with a post in the tent, the amount of blood on Luke's face decreases between shots.
Continuity: When Luke and Deborah go into the tent, their shadows show Luke automatically take off the shirt she is wearing. But the next shot, when the camera goes into the tent, Deborah is once again wearing the shirt.
Factual error: After Stephen breaks out of prison, he goes to Jason's home. Then Jessica's boyfriend shows up talking on the phone and he says he will ask Jessica for permission to shoot their show at Jason's house. He should know that Jessica doesn't know she is a relative of Jason.
Continuity: When Josh transfers the Voorhees creature into Robert's mouth, blood runs down Robert's right cheek as this transfer is made. Once Robert then wakes up as Jason, the bloodline has swapped cheeks.
Continuity: When Randy drives out to pick up Steven, Randy takes off his police hat and puts it on the hood of the car. Randy then punches Steven, and in the next shot you can see the police cap has vanished from the hood. Cut back and it’s there again.
Continuity: On the field where Jason is being shot, Jason is equipped with a machete in his right hand. However when they drop the bomb onto him, Jason hears it and looks up, and in this shot you can see that Jason’s machete has disappeared.
Continuity: When Steven is fighting with Randy by the police car, you can clearly see in one shot that he has his gun in the back of his pants, but later he pulls the gun out of the front of his jeans.
Continuity: When Steven runs possessed Robert over, black blood covers all of the bottom of his shirt, and all his trousers. But later, when he comes to the police station they're clean.
Continuity: When Steven gets punched by Randy there is blood filling his mouth, but a few seconds later there is barely any blood on his lips.
