In the first movie when Mulan is singing "Reflections" you see a profile shot of her face. In this movie you see a profile shot of her face again and she looks very different. [The artists who worked on the film may have simply chosen to draw her slightly different to keep with the visual style of this film. It is after all a cartoon, and animation styles often change.]
