Continuity: When Shaun and Charlie are running from the police, they hide behind a dumpster until a cop car goes by and then Charlie leads Shaun to a meat truck. He opens the back and lifts up the door just far enough so that Shaun can get in. In the next shot, when Charlie is getting in, the door is much higher up, about four feet higher actually, than it was a mere second ago, and there was no sound indicating that Charlie pushed it up further.

Continuity: When Shawn is on the rooftop deliberating whether she'll jump or not, she has with her a bottle of some alcoholic drink. The amount of liquid in it goes from almost empty to half full from one shot to another.
