Visible crew/equipment: When George enters Ken's apartment the first time and Wanda approaches him, if you look in the mirror you should be able to see a crouching crew member wearing a blue shirt.

Visible crew/equipment: When Jamie Lee Curtis is leaving John Cleese's office, she kisses him goodbye and calls him Uncle. After she has left, you can clearly see the cameraman move into view of the mirror.
Visible crew/equipment: After Ken kills the last dog and the witness has a heart attack, he walks out of the house he was in and in the reflection of the black door you can see a crew member and a camera.
Plot hole: Archie goes from being waist-deep in a barrel of oil to walking onto the airplane and sitting next to Wanda. She greets him, etc. But there's no oil on his pants, no logical question by Wanda: What the heck happened???
Continuity: When Ken lets the Doberman loose out of the back of the van, you see Ken looking through the rear window to watch the action. The camera angle changes and you no longer see Ken looking out of the window. The camera angle changes again and Ken is once again looking out of the window.
Continuity: When Ken has the bandage going round his head, both the bandage and the tape securing it - particularly the size and position of the tape strips, differ in consecutive shots throughout the scenes. One example is when Otto shares his chips with Ken and then enjoys his lovely little fish.
Continuity: When Archie dances with Wanda at the flat, they stop and you see Wanda put her hands around Archie's neck. The camera angle changes and her hands are now on his shoulders. The camera angle changes again and her hands are back around his neck. Happens about 3 times during the entire scene. There is even a time when only one hand is on his shoulder.
Continuity: When Wanda is lying on top of Archie and Otto surprises them, Archie screams and his hands are down by his waist. When it cuts his arms are suddenly waving above his head.
Continuity: When one of the robbers finds the box of diamonds that they are looking for, he is seen taking 1 envelope out of the box, pushing the box to the side, and opening the envelope on the table. The camera angle changes to a close up and he is seen opening the envelope on top of the box containing all the other envelopes.
Continuity: After the robbery when Otto and Wanda are sitting in bed and Otto grabs the phone, you can see Wanda holding the notebook in her left hand, and then she puts it in her right hand. After the cut it's back in her left hand and she's grabbing it with her right hand again.
Continuity: When Ken lets the Doberman out of the car it has a pink cloth on it that falls to the pavement. When it cuts to the dog about to grab the old ladies' dog the cloth is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity: Right after Ken runs over Otto in the steamroller, Archie starts running away and in the background you see the steamroller being put into reverse. The camera angle changes to a closeup of Ken and the steamroller is going forward.
Continuity: When the steamroller is going over Otto, you can plainly see that the cement is still very wet and loose, but only moments ago Otto's feet were stuck in the cement because it was hard and thick.
Visible crew/equipment: After the robbery when everyone, except Ken, drives away in the car you can see the entire crew reflected in the car's back window.
Continuity: Right after the holdup they are seen getting into the second getaway car. You see Wanda getting in the passenger side and closing the door right before the police car passes in front of them. The camera angle changes to the police car passing and then back to the gang getting into the car and you see Wanda getting in the car and closing the door again.
Continuity: When George is telling everyone how much they are going to make on the heist, you see Wanda using her calculator with a pen. The camera angle changes and the pen is gone.
Continuity: When Otto is splashing with the brush in the fish tank his cap gets wet. A few seconds later his cap is dry.
Continuity: When Wanda is at Archie's office she is holding a yellow pencil marker in her right hand while Archie is explaining what a "Committal" is. When it cuts she is holding it with both hands.
Continuity: When Ken crashes into the garbage can to avoid hitting the witness' dog, you see garbage being strewn all over the front of his car, but not in it. The camera angle changes and you now see Ken throwing garbage out of the driver's side after opening the door to get out.
Continuity: When Otto is interrogating Ken he sticks some chips up Ken's nose. At one point, before Otto asks where the diamonds are, there are traces of ketchup on one of the chips that disappear two shots later.
Revealing: When Archie enters the kitchen to talk with his daughter we can see Wendy reflected in the door glass moving in to position waiting to come in to the picture.
Continuity: When Wanda arrives at Archie's office, there are piles of papers/books on the mantel beside the door, stacks of papers/books, a lamp and draperies behind Archie. During Wanda's visit, things behind Archie change, disappear, then reappear, the lamp changes the direction it points, the draperies change, and part of the piles on the mantel change entirely.
Continuity: When Otto forces Archie into the oil barrel, you see in the distance Ken driving the steam roller. In the next camera angle, you see a closeup of Ken running over a wheelbarrel which is next to a cargo unit. The problem is that the wheelbarrel was nowhere to be seen in the previous scene and neither was the cargo unit.
Continuity: When Otto is about to shoot Archie, Archie tells him to turn around and look behind him. When Otto turns around to see Ken on the steam roller, you can see footprints in the cement that were not there in the previous camera angle.
Continuity: Right before Wanda sees where Ken puts the key, she and Otto are in the bedroom and Otto starts kissing her after he starts speaking Italian. You see Wanda holding his face in her hands and when the camera angle changes her right hand is now pressed up against the wall behind her and her left hand is now on his shoulder.
Continuity: When Otto is watching Ken walking away and yelling that he loves watching him walk, there is a blue van parked in the street. The camera angle changes to Otto and then back to Ken and the van is gone.
Continuity: When Wanda goes to meet Archie at the flat, she takes a few steps back from the doorway when Archie opens the door. The camera angle changes and she is now in the doorway.
Continuity: During the funeral for the witness' dog, you see her standing there with a friend standing directly behind her with her arm on her for emotional support. The camera angle changes and the friend is now standing along side of her.
Continuity: Ken is trying to run over the witness as she is walking her dogs at the crosswalk. He swerves the car to avoid hitting her dogs and crashes into a garbage can. As he crashes into the garbage can you can see that the witness is no longer on the crosswalk. The camera angle changes again and she is now back on the crosswalk.
Continuity: When Otto is leading Archie on the planks to put him in the barrel, you see Otto stepping off the plank onto the wet cement. The camera angle changes and Otto now has both feet on the plank.
Continuity: When Otto takes the note which has the witness name and address from Ken, Ken tries to grab it from him and Otto holds it up in the air. The camera angle changes and his arm is now at his side. The camera angles changes again and his arm is raised. Happens about 3 times during the scene.
Continuity: When Ken tells Wanda that George moved the diamonds, he starts to stutter and Wanda starts to kiss him to calm him down and you see Wanda putting her left arm around his neck. The camera angle changes and she is now holding his face with both hands.
Continuity: When Otto tells Ken that he's gay and tries to kiss him, Ken runs down the stairs and they both stop in front of the elevator where you see Ken leaning back flat against the metal part on the elevator. The camera angle changes and Ken is now seen standing at an angle against the wooden part of the elevator.
Continuity: When Otto pulls Ken into the hallway to talk to him, he pushes him up against the wall and places his left hand flat on the wall. The camera angle changes and his hand is now wrapped around the edge of the wall. The camera angle changes again and his hand is flat on the wall again. Happens about 3 times during the entire scene.
Continuity: When Otto is awakened by the alarm clock, he sits up in bed to shoot it and the book that was lying on his chest falls to his left side. The camera angle changes and the book is now opened and sitting perfectly in his lap.
Visible crew/equipment: When Wendy arrives home, before finding Archie unconscious on the floor, as she gets out of the car, the crew is reflected in the side mirror of the car.
Continuity: When Otto goes to see Wanda after the dog attack, the scars on Ken's face changes from when Otto gets to the apartment to when he leaves.
Continuity: When Archie gets to the barrel of waste oil he has his right arm up. When it cuts it's down.
Visible crew/equipment: Outside court when Archie is talking to a man, Wanda is standing behind them wearing a fake wig. When the man leaves, if you look in the window behind them to the right, you should be able to see the boom mike operator wearing a red shirt.
Audio problem: As Otto throws the knife on to the seal poster you can hear the knife blade vibrating, however the knife isn't moving.
Continuity: When Ken gets the Doberman to attack the witness, the Doberman jumps out of the back of the van with the witness' undergarment on his back which falls on the ground. The camera angle changes and the undergarment is not on the street anymore.
Continuity: When Wanda is yelling at Otto at the docks, you see a barge with blue containers in the background behind Otto. The camera angle changes to Wanda walking over to Otto and the barge is gone.
Continuity: When George notices the glass fragments on his pants, they are on his right pant leg but it was his left leg that went through the glass pane at the diamond exchange.
Continuity: When they get to the runaway car we see Ken open the car door while George is passing around the hood of the car. When it cuts we see Ken open the door and now suddenly George is by his door opening it.
Visible crew/equipment: After Otto tells Ken his stutter doesn't bother him, he says "So, George needs a weapons man?" while Ken reaches into the fish tank. Look to the side of Ken's head, you should briefly see the shadow of the boom mic moving.
Continuity: After Otto has chased Ken down the stairs they are standing against the elevator door. As Otto says, "Look, physical side can wait," he is holding his right hand up. When it cuts it's down.
Continuity: When Archie comes back into the den with the champagne, you see him starting to get startled to see his wife instead of Wanda, and when the camera angle changes you see him getting startled again.
Continuity: Right after George makes the Oscar Wilde quote about work, Wanda leans over to kiss him and then they both lean back in their chairs. The camera angle changes as Otto gets up to talk to Ken and you see Wanda and George doing the same kiss again.
Visible crew/equipment: After Ken tells Wanda that Otto tried to kiss him, right before it cuts, you can see the shadow of the boom mike reflected in the mirror right above Ken's ear.
Continuity: After Otto has shot the hat off the man he pulls his arm inside the car and puts it on the steering wheel. When it cuts he is waving with his arm outside the window.
Visible crew/equipment: When Otto is leaving the apartment and says goodbye to Wanda, you can see a boom mic in the mirror behind him.
Continuity: When John Cleese has removed his clothes and the tenants of the flat come into the room, a quick rear view show that he has blue underwear on, when he's supposed to be naked.
