Continuity: When Ken is writing on the newspaper which hotel Otto and Wanda went to, he places his left hand on the paper. When it cuts to a close-up of him writing his hand is gone.

Continuity: When Otto wakes up he shoots the alarm clock holding the gun with one hand and turning around. When it cuts you can briefly seem him holding it with both hands.
Continuity: Near the end, when Otto has Archie in a barrel and Ken approaches on a cement roller note the pattern in the wet cement. When the camera zooms to Otto's feet stuck in the cement you can see pattern in cement where the cement roller has passed previously, stopping a few feet behind Otto. There is a visible line and the cement appears rougher beyond it.
Continuity: When Otto is telling Archie to apologize for calling him stupid, you see Otto pointing his finger at Archie and when the camera angle changes his finger is now pressed up against his chest.
Continuity: The 2 bottles and glass in front of Wanda as she's using the calculator change when the camera angle changes to a side view.
Continuity: After Ken has killed the last dog the rope is stacked on one side of the box that dropped on the dog. When it cuts from an overhead shot the rope is stacked on the other side of the box.
Continuity: In the visiting room at jail when Wanda ask George if he thinks Otto sold him out, she says "No" three times. The last time she says "No" her earring is hardly moving. When it cuts to behind her the earring is wobbling.
Continuity: When Archie tries to make Ken sing out the information his hand change position between the shots.
Continuity: At the airport when Otto is pointing the gun at Archie, he is pointing the gun straight at Archie. When it cuts to Otto firing the first shot he is pointing the gun diagonally.
Continuity: When Wanda arrives at Archie's house, Archie is sitting on the couch going through some papers. There is a pink ribbon on the arm rest which changes position between the shots.
Audio problem: When Wanda asks Ken if he's heard from George Ken stutters "No, he had to go to the b-b-b", as it cuts we can see his mouth is closed. It's impossible to say "b" with your mouth closed.
Continuity: When Archie goes to talk to George after the melee in court, Archie tells the guards to leave and you see one of the guards crossing his arms. The camera angle changes and the same guard is seen crossing his arms again.
Continuity: When Archie gets home after ending it with Wanda and Otto awaits him, it's dark outside. As Archie runs away and rounds the corner of the house it's brighter and close to dawn.
Continuity: In court, when George grabs the banister and jumps over it, his hands on the banister change position between the shots.
Revealing: When Otto holds Archie upside-down, out the window, the rigid outline of the support is quite visible under Archie's pants' material.
Continuity: After Wanda's visit to Archie's office she arrives at Otto's. When Otto stabs the mannequin with his sword, the position/depth of the sword, as well as the position of his undershirt when it lands on the sword, all differ in the following shots.
Audio problem: When Otto is being run over by the steam roller at the airport, he starts screaming as he is being run over and when the camera angle changes you can still hear him screaming but the stuntman's lips aren't moving as the steam roller goes over him and he's sinking into the wet cement.
Continuity: Right before the Doberman grabs one of the witness' dogs, all 3 dogs are near each other, but when the angle changes 2 of the dogs are behind the witness and the dog that the Doberman grabs is in front of her. The angle changes again and the other 2 dogs are now in front of the witness again as the Doberman runs off with the other dog.
Continuity: When Otto is trying to drive away in Archie's car he gets into an accident and then he shoots the hat off the owner of the other car. The problem is that he aims and shoots the gun almost 4 feet to the right of where the man is standing and the hat is still shot off his head.
Continuity: When the family walks into the flat and Archie is naked, he grabs a picture and puts it in front of him and you see his arms bent. The camera angle changes to a rear shot and his arms are now straight. The camera angle changes again and his arms are bent again. Happens about 3 times throughout the scene.
