Continuity: When Sara arrives at the marina to meet Hitch for their breakfast date, it's supposed to be 7:00 AM. However, the sun is bright & almost directly overheard, as shown by the shadows on their faces, illustrating it was really close to mid-day during filming.

Hitch (2005) - 15 mistakes
Directed by Andy Tennant, starring Will Smith, Eva Mendes, Kevin James (add more)
Continuity: When Hitch and Sara kiss the first time, Hitch moves his arm up three different times. Most noticeable in the far away shot.
Continuity: Near the end of the movie, Hitch is talking to Sara on the street. If you watch behind her, you will see the same young man in blue satin shorts walk behind her twice.
Continuity: Right after Hitch has his bout with food poisoning and he's talking to Sara on the couch, her hair changes. For most of her speech about her sister falling through the ice, the hair on the right side of her face is behind her shoulder. Towards the end of the story it goes in front of her shoulder and then at the end it's back behind it.
Continuity: Near the end after Hitch jumped on the Mini when they are talking; watch behind Sara, the car disappears and reappears several times.
Continuity: When Hitch is watching Albert for first time, Albert start to clean the spot of mustard in the scene (we can see him from behind) but it is not until the next shot he takes a piece of paper to clean it.
Continuity: When Hitch and Albert meet for the first time, the spot of mustard on Albert's cheek changes size from small to large and back down to small.
Other: In the scene where Hitch first meets Vance Munson, when Vance is pouring the bottle, the liquid pours and stays level at the same time.
Revealing: In the scene where Albert and Hitch first meet, Albert drips mustard on his pants and then pours coke on a napkin to wash it off. He then sets the coke on the step and kicks it over, and the coke sprays out, signifying pressure, but the can was opened, so the coke would spill, but not spray. The can he kicked would have to be unopened.
Revealing: in the scene where Hitch first meets Albert, Albert spills his soda. The can shoots open and spills over the steps. If you look closely the label on the can is upside down. This would be fine if the coke was spilling out of it but it shoots out and when he picks it back up it is still upside down.
Continuity: In the scene in Albert's office, immediatly afer he quits his job, his tie keeps swapping from straight to sideways.
Other: After the article about Hitch is printed, we see him leave is apartment block and get approached by a former client and his now partner. After Hitch says, "Cya later,Tony.", we hear Tony's Partner say, "Look Tony." however, her lips do not move.
Revealing: When Hitch is wearing the fat face mask you can see where it has pulled away from his skin right next to his right eye.
Continuity: During the first time Kevin James and Will Smith meet, Kevin drops a coke and it spills all over the steps in a certain way. However, when Will actually comes over to Kevin, the spill pattern on the steps has changed.
Continuity: When Sara falls off the wave-runner, Hitch jumps in. Right before he falls in, Sara is close to the wave-runner. But when Hitch falls in, Sara is a little further away from the wave-runner.
