Mistake Continuity: In the scene where Jack and Miles get out of the car at Miles' mother's house, Miles hands the flowers to Jack's right hand. The very next cut shows Jack carrying the flowers in his left hand.

Mistake Continuity: In the scene where they meet Stephanie, Jack's grip on the glass changes from shot to shot.

Mistake Continuity: When Jack and Miles pull up to the house to retrieve the wallet, one of the drapes is pulled back in the front window. When Miles walks up to the house, both drapes are drawn over the window.

Mistake Continuity: This is the scene where Miles, Stephanie and her mother are sitting at the table in the bowling alley. Stephanie's mom is smoking a cigarette; the scene cuts to Miles and back to Stephanie's mom. She is now holding an unlit cigarette in one hand and a lighter in the other about to light the cigarette. It once again cuts to Miles and you can see the smoke coming from her cigarette and Miles begins to cough.

Mistake Continuity: When Jack first meets Maya and they are all having a drink at the bar, Maya is holding a cigarette. We can see she is holding the cigarette up near her face when the camera shows her from behind but is all of a sudden holding it near the bar counter in shots of her face. This continues until about halfway through the scene.

Mistake Continuity: When the guys are drinking in the car near the start, Jack's grip on the glass changes from being around the stem to the bowl a few times.

Mistake Continuity: In the scene where Miles and Maya walk up the stairs to her apartment, the stairs go straight in to her front door. Later, after their altercation, he drops her off and the stairs she climbs are at a right angle to her unit, not straight on.

Mistake Continuity: In the scene in the hotel room, Miles is checking his voice mail, it says to enter the number and press the pound sign. He never presses the pound sign.

Mistake Continuity: At the end of the scene where Miles freaks outs and runs through the vineyard he stops and gently stokes a grape bunch. You can easily tell that this is not from the first take as the dust on some of the grapes has already been wiped away.

Mistake Plot hole: During the scene when Miles is in the hotel room asleep while Jack is out with Stephanie, Christine calls Jack on his cell phone and then on the hotel phone. First disturbed and awakened by Jack's cell phone ringing, Miles gets up to check it to see who is calling. He sees that it is Christine calling, and then lays back down. The cell phone shows Christine calling and then IMMEDIATELY afterward, it says that there is a voicemail waiting. That certainly was an extremely short amount of time in which to leave a voicemail.
