Mistake Audio problem: When Sarge is giving instructions to Allbright over the taxi radio Allbright replies "I don't know what the union's going to say about all this" to which Sarge replies "**** the union". His mouth doesn't open while the noise sounds to cover up his swear word.

Mistake Audio problem: When the robber driving the hijacked taxi turns on to the grass, when he realises he is surrounded by the speedy cabs the tyres squeal, even though he is driving on an unmade road.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: When the two policemen drive off after receiving the radio message to look for the stolen taxi the camera crew is reflected in the police car windows.

Mistake Factual error: When the fleet of Glamcab Ford Cortinas drive out of their yard on the first day of business, some of the Cortinas are two door models, which wouldn't be legal for use as a taxi.

Mistake Other: When the villains arrive outside Glamcabs yard, to wait for Hattie Jacques as she drives to the bank, watch the driver of their Jag. He somehow changes from a forward gear to reverse, without taking his hands off the steering wheel.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: When the speedy cabs close in on the hijacked taxi the camera crew is reflected in the side of the taxi nearest the camera.
