Visible crew/equipment: While passing the frat-house bus, in the close-up, as the two girls are about to flash, the reflections of the camera and two crew members moving on the crew's vehicle are visible on the glass window.

Trivia
In the scene where the three men are in jail towards the end of the movie, the jailer that comes to let them out (but is stopped by Ben Stiller) actually plays a cop in the Comedy Central show "Reno 9-1-1". In fact, he may even be wearing the exact uniform he wears in the series. Also, the sheriff deputy who comes off the motorhome yelling "Look, he has rubber boobie!" is also a cop on Reno 9-1-1. Meet the Fockers (2004) - 59 mistakes
Directed by Jay Roach, starring Barbra Streisand, Ben Stiller, Blythe Danner, Dustin Hoffman, Robert De Niro (add more)
Other: Jack drops the two vials into the Tom Collins glass, while in the bathroom. At the hand-off, when he places the drink on the tray, there are no vials in the glass - there is no ice blocking them from view, just a skewer holding a maraschino cherry, a wedge of lemon, and a straw - no vials. Even Jack can't make the two vials invisible.
Continuity: When Jack and Greg are in the motor home near the beginning of the movie, Jack is talking on the intercom mic to his family in the back, then puts it down when he is finished. But, in the following shot that shows Greg talking, you can see Jack's reflection on the window, showing him still talking into the mic.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jack and LJ take off in the motorhome, while ignoring everyone's shouts to come back, the crew's blue tent is visible in the reflection on the motorhome's large side, as it turns the corner.
Continuity: During the scene when Gaylord's dad has just found out that Pam is pregnant, Bernie enters the room with a bottle of champagne. he crosses to the bed whilst removing the wire top of the cork in preparation of removing the cork. Cut to Gaylord and then back to Bernie and he is removing the wire again.
Visible crew/equipment: When Pam and Greg walk to the RV and open its door, in the next shot just as Moses chases Jinxy, behind Jack, Roz and Dina, the reflection of a hunched over crew member, wearing a red shirt, is visible. Don't confuse his reflection with Bernie's, who is also wearing red.
Continuity: When Greg does damage control in Roz's office by hiding things, the height of the table is about Greg's waist level - also note the wood paneling trim. In the previous shot, as Greg surveys the room, the table is a foot lower, which is also seen in other shots including when Greg enters the room, after the football game, to check on Jack and the table height is level with Greg's thighs. The entire table was deliberately raised in the close-up.
Continuity: When they all first arrive at Roz and Bernie's, Jack brings LJ over in the stroller. As Bernie babbles, "Bazooka, bazooka," and LJ starts crying, the stroller's orange flap (between LJ's legs) is attached to the front harness around the boy's waist. In the previous couple of close-ups of Little Jack, the orange flap hangs down between his legs.
Visible crew/equipment: After Jack says, "Only the captain gets to make announcements, Greg," in the next shot of Greg the boom mic and pole are nicely visible over Jack's reflection in the window, to Greg's right. There are two other shots of Greg at this angle - one previous and one following, but unfortunately the equipment is not seen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Officer LeFlore arrests Bernie and Greg, lovely reflections of the reflector screen are seen in the lenses of the officer's sunglasses. There are other moments in the film where the reflector screen is visible in lenses.
Audio problem: At the end when Greg and Pam get married, Kevin plays a song on a set of pipes, however, the notes he plays are wrong - when he blows the short pipes, a low note is made, and vice versa. This should be the other way around.
Continuity: When Jack places Jorge's hair in the test tube, he holds Greg's vial, and the name "Greg" is written with the first "G" beside the stopper. However, in the next shot, when he places the vials into the glass, the name is actually written the opposite way, with the last "G" beside the stopper (this is also seen earlier, when Jack inserts Greg's hair). Tape and handwriting differ as well.
Continuity: When Greg places the luggage on counter in his apt to measure it, the front pocket double zippers are closed at the bottom of the left side. When Pam comes home and he describes the birth, both zippers are at the top center of the pocket.
Continuity: When Pam and Greg step into the motor coach nothing is on the counter between the sink and stove. However, in the shot facing Dina there are groceries right beside the sink, at the edge of the counter, including a box of Orville Redenbocker's microwave popcorn.
Visible crew/equipment: As they start out on the trip, when they are showing Jack & Greg up front, you can see in the window right behind Greg a reflection of two crew members wearing sunglasses. They stay in frame for about 5 seconds.
Continuity: The time frame doesn't make sense when the kid glues his hand to the glue bottle. He turns on Scarface, which is nearly over. The Fockers and the Byrnes are still in town shopping and Little Jack smears glue all over his hands. By the time they get home from town, the glue bottle is well stuck to the hands. However, Scarface is still on and still on the last fight scene.
Continuity: When Bernie is lying in front of the bus to protest Jack leaving, in the first shot his head is directly aligned with the wheel well and his feet are under the license plate. When they show Bernie getting up, he is way out to the right of the bus by a couple of feet.
Continuity: As they are all outside drinking Tom Collins', the 2 cherries in Greg's drink are at the bottom, then when he leans in to answer Jack's question about his 'sister', the cherries are now at the top of his glass. The cherries actually switch back and forth in several shots.
Continuity: When everyone is having fondue in the patio room, Isabelle comes out and kisses Gaylord on the cheek. The lipstick mark she left on his right cheek changes positions and even disappears from shot to shot.
Continuity: When demonstrating the baby's "sign language", Jack puts a series of cards on the table. You see him start to put the "poop" card down in one shot and even hear it hitting the table and being moved slightly in the next shot. But after those shots, you see him put it down again.
Continuity: Jack's Tom Collins has different amounts of liquid when they are sitting by the lagoon.
Continuity: When Bernie tackles Jack, the ball drops at his feet, beside Jack. When the camera cuts away, the ball jumps ten feet away from Jack and Bernie moves away from both of them.
Continuity: When Greg sees Jack in the mirror, Jack has one hand behind his back and yet when Greg looks at Jack directly in front of him, both of Jack's hands are behind his back.
Continuity: As Greg and Pam are about to get married we see Kevin playing the panpipes. The sounds are not in sync with his mouth as he blows down each pipe.
Continuity: When the airline agent bumps Pam and Greg to first class, she holds out the tickets, with white at the top. In the next shot facing Greg, as he takes the tickets, the yellow is at the top.
Continuity: At his apartment, when Greg walks over to the laptop things on the desk change position, such as the bowl, which goes from being two feet to the right of the laptop, to directly behind it in the close-up, then back again.
Continuity: The pen photos that Jack takes of Jorge do not match the ones shown on the upload screen when he sends them to the CIA, inside of the motor home. When he actually takes the pictures, he does them in rapid succession. Jorge is right in front of of the RV about a foot away and all you can see in the background is the RV since he is standing so close to it. On the uploaded photos, Jorge is at least 5-10 feet away from the RV, up on the sidewalk. He is also now at the end of the RV and the photos show the house across the street in the background.
Factual error: The license plate on the sheriff's car is not correct for a Florida sheriff. Per the state of Florida's DMV (Dept. of Motor Vehicles) website, there should be a yellow star to the left with "sheriff" printed inside.
Continuity: After the Byrnes meet the Fockers and retreat back to their motor home, Dina, standing in front of Little Jack says "they seem like very nice people." Little Jack has his laptop all the way down by his feet. Jack then runs over when he thinks LJ has spoken his first word and you now see the computer up by his chest and some sort of small equipment appears on the seat next to LJ. It looks like maybe a cellphone or seat belt buckle.
Continuity: In the scene where Pam and Jack do the shortstack rhyme, Greg suddenly joins in and says "Ba ba ba ba ba ba ba." At that moment, Jack is looking at Greg. Then in a split second, when the shot changes to the other side of Jack, Greg, and Pam, Jack is looking at Greg's hand, then looks back up at Greg.
Continuity: When Greg accidentally drinks milk from little Jack's nutrition supply, he spits out the milk and it dribbles down his chin when Jack tells him it's from Debbie's left breast. Greg wipes some of it off, then In the next shot, he turns around and all the milk is gone - the shot changes so quickly there wasn't enough time for Greg to wipe off the milk.
Continuity: In the foreskin scene Greg grabs the photo album and he and his mom start a tug of war. His mom's wineglass is right next to her arm and then in the next shot it is about a foot away.
Continuity: When Jack and Greg honk the horn at the bus with all the girls, not including the driver, there are four girls looking out the windows at the front half of the bus. These girls have a purple bra, a pink bra with long shirt sleeves, an orange/ pink bra, and then a dark green bra. After two girls flash, the girl in the pink bra (#2) with long shirt sleeves, and the girl in the dark green bra (#4) are suddenly at the back half of the bus. Look at the lettering on the bus "Manassas University." In the 2nd shot, they are now after the "Y" in "University."
Revealing: In the scene where Greg is leaving a message on his parents answer machine about going to their house in the Byrnes' motor home, you can see that it is just Stiller standing in front of a blue screen, obviously they wanted to add the scene in after shooting had finished.
Continuity: After the baby escapes from the crib, Greg walks past it looking for him and the gate to the crib is wide open. Next shot, the gate is closed and there was no time for him to close it.
Continuity: in the scene where Greg comes in to his parents bedroom and they are having fun with whipped cream, there are 2 pillar candles by the door. These candles are seen in several of the shots showing Greg. The flames keep going out and relighting, but the candles are too new for the flame to be just dipping out of sight, and besides those sort of candles will often glow near the top when that happens. They must have kept blowing out between takes and the crew kept lighting them.
Continuity: All the glasses of wine and the bottle change position and amount of liquid during the dinner scene.
Continuity: During the party at the Good Times Supper Club, when Jack holds out Dina's wine spritzer, in the shots facing Pam the drink has a deep golden color, but in the shots facing Jack the drink is clear. The straw, lime, etc change as well.
Continuity: During the fondue dinner, not only do the positions of the fondue skewers change in consecutive shots throughout the meal, in some consecutive shots there are three skewers, then four, then three and so on, resting in the fondue pot, depending on camera angle - not due to people touching them.
Continuity: At the fondue dinner, when Roz says, "Of course not, that's Greg's foreskin," in this shot Dina holds down the album page with her left hand, as she holds the skin over the album. In the next shot facing Jack, Dina drops it and it falls beyond the open page, yet, in the next close-up the piece falls directly on the open page with the photo.
Continuity: Whilst speaking to Pam at their apt, Greg lifts the luggage off the counter. In the first shot, the front zippered pocket faces him, but in the next shot it faces the opposite way - away from him.
Continuity: As they are playing football, when Bernie tackles Jack, you see Jack flying and landing in front of the gate. The left flag/marker is also in front of two trees. After they show everyone running over to Jack on the ground, he is lying way far left of his original position. Now the fence is behind him, the gate is gone, and the left flag is no longer in front of the trees.
Revealing: When they show the bus with the college girls going by, as they pan over the driver, you can tell there is no door on the passenger side. You can see all the way to the ground and road of, what appears was a blue screen background added. This is made even more obvious by the fact the girl driver is not wearing a seat belt, is supposedly flying down the highway, and if this really was a huge hole in the side of the bus, it would be extremely dangerous as she could fall out. There also seem to be some sort of white mattress pad right next to the driver.
Continuity: When Greg goes into his mom's office to quickly put away all the sex toys and objects before the Byrnes come in, on the dresser, to the left of the door, is a statue and a shell. In the next shot, after Greg has shoved the statue behind the desk, the shell has now moved from the left to the right. There is no time for this as it is shot as a "continuous" sequence.
Continuity: When Jack is leaving the island with LJ, there is a shot with everybody screaming for him to come back and you can see the RV has driven about six feet from Bernie's slippers. Then there's two more shots which takes up about 5-6 seconds with everyone continuing to yell. But afterwards, the RV is only about 2 feet from where it was.
Visible crew/equipment: Two shots after Gaylord touches the boob, you can see a boom mike dip into view.
Continuity: There are two sofas in the Fockers' living room, the large whose back faces the kitchen and small whose back faces the "wall of Gaylord"; their pillows have coordinating large and small floral patterns on both sides. When Greg brings crying LJ into the living room, the three pillows on the small sofa have the small pattern facing out, but after Greg answers the phone call from Roz, Jinxy releases LJ, and in the close-ups of LJ the large pattern faces out. Then, when Greg rushes in with his rum surprise, in the first pan of the empty room the small pattern faces out, yet when LJ sits with his glued hands the large pattern faces out.
Continuity: In the motor coach, when Greg takes the milk from the fridge, the window shade behind Little Jack keeps moving up and down.
Continuity: When everyone goes to town Greg stays behind to babysit. Just before he goes to check on a crying LJ be pauses outside the door and the shot shows a close up of a pair of running shoes that are different than the ones Greg is wearing during the remaining scenes. In the shot by the door, the shoes are light grey and white with a metal plate on the side, however, in the rest of the scenes he has on navy and white running shoes.
Continuity: When Greg is talking on the microphone towards the end, it appears in his hand. However, the next time he pops it off the stand, it makes a loud noise that wasn't there the first time.
Continuity: When Bernie shows off the "wall of Gaylord" the sports lamp (with soccer ball, baseball and glove) sits on the left of the dresser, with framed photos beside it. However, when everyone heads to the lagoon, there is a close-up of a framed jockstrap, which now hangs prominently beside the lamp. (The jockstrap normally hangs behind the lamp, which blocks it from view.)
Visible crew/equipment: When they are playing football, they show a close up of Jack's face after Dina makes a touchdown and she and Bernie celebrate. In the close up of Jack's face and sunglasses, in his left eye, you can see the reflection of a square camera light. This shows up again right as Jack is about to be tackled by Bernie, this time in his right eye. It follows Jack as he rises in the air to catch the ball.
Continuity: When LJ speaks his first word, everyone runs into Roz's office where his crib is. They show it right inside of the door. Jack then blows up at Greg when he learns it is a curse word and calls an immediate family conference. Roz, Bernie and Greg leave the room. When they show the family conference, Little Jack and the crib are now gone.
Continuity: During the fondue dinner, Little Jack is in his crib, which is right next to the table between Dina and Jack. Then in the next couple of shots the crib is gone, it then reappears again at various times with and without LJ.
Continuity: In the scene where the two sets of parents meet for the first time on the island, Bernie hugs Greg leaving his sweat mark on Greg's shirt which also looks wrinkled. This changes to there being no wetness at all, some wetness and then very wet again in between shots of him. When he enters the house, his t-shirt is totally smooth and dry.
Continuity: After Jinxy flushes Moses, in some shots the toilet seat is up beside the lid, but in the rest of the consecutive shots the seat is down.
Revealing: When little Jack is lying down in his crib in the Byrnes' room, after Jack comes in to rest from the football game, you can easily tell this isn't a real child but just a doll. The hair is wrong and there's no movement, like breathing.
Continuity: During the scene when Gaylord Focker enters the room, while Bernie and Roz have fun with whipped cream, notice the whip cream on Bernie's face. Although the amount of cream would change because Bernie wipes his face, the amount and location of the whipped cream changes, goes back, changes again, and is almost completely different in each shot. Once wiped away, it is highly unlikely that whipped cream would magically reappear in the exact same spot as before, and then disappear again.
Continuity: Toward the end of the movie, when Bernie is going to fight Jack, Jack's hands are on his hips then in the next shot they are down.
