Visible crew/equipment: When the woman in the opening credits is taking off her clothes, she is about to take a blue shirt from her bag, but decided against it. As she does, you can see a crew member aimlessly wandering around in the bushes behind her.

Zombie Lake (1981) - 27 mistakes
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Visible crew/equipment: Thick cables which are clipped together, and thick ropes, are visible in many underwater scenes.
Revealing: It's very obvious that all the "underwater" shots of the lake were shot in a swimming pool. During the first murder of the girl after the opening credits, you can see an exit sign through the water. Near the end of the movie, as the Zombies are rising to the top, we can see a bare pool wall.
Visible crew/equipment: In the very first shot of the mayors study, the camera pans along. As it passes a large mirror, the head of a crew-member is reflected in it.
Continuity: The zombie who attacks the woman who is making the dough has normal pink hands as he emerges from the lake. But when he jumps out at her and attacks her on the street, his hands are now green and rotting.
Continuity: One woman who is making some kind of a dough, puts it into a large metal bucket. The bucket has a large yellow handle on top. The woman puts the metal container in a wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow also has a large wicker basket with no handle. When she turns the corner and then gets attacked by the zombie, the metal container is a different one, because the handle on top of the metal bucket has now completely changed. Also the large wicker basket now has an arched handle too.
Revealing: When the zombie is chewing at the woman's neck on the street, she dies, and he then continues to bite her. As the camera pans around them, she really clearly blinks two times.
Continuity: After the woman has been killed by the zombie, three men carry her body through town, and a curious crowd follows. Between shots the following crowd changes, and people move.
Revealing: The woman who was pushing the wheelbarrow, who is killed by a zombie in the street, is carried to a building and is laid on the floor outside it. In a side shot of her as her father grieves beside her, the dead woman's neck pulsates.
Visible crew/equipment: When Katya goes to visit the mayor for the first time, the power cables for the camera and lights are strewn across the mayor's living room floor.
Visible crew/equipment: When Katya and the Mayor enter the study and sit down, three cameramen, one holding a camera, can be seen wonderfully reflected in the oval shaped mirror behind the Mayor.
Continuity: When Katya and the Mayor enter his study and sit down, in one shot Katya puts her hand up to under her mouth. In the next closeup it is down.
Visible crew/equipment: During the ambush, one of the German soldiers gets shot in the eye. When he leans back you can see a transparent tube through which fake blood being pumped through it.
Revealing: After the ambushers says they will bury the German soldiers in the lake, one man kicks a soldier and he rolls down a small dirt hill. As he rolls, the 'dead' soldiers opens his eyes.
Revealing: One of the 'dead' German soldiers holds his arms out to cushion his landing in the lake, when he's thrown in. One soldier also puts his arms out and begins to swim, and as one soldiers sinks, you can see bubbles rising, meaning he breathing.
Continuity: After the Mayor tells the story about the German soldiers to Katya, they stand up. The mirror behind Katya has a large black sheet covering it in this shot. It wasn't there before.
Continuity: During the attack on the female volleyball team, when the girls are seen above water they seem to be in no deeper than waist high, yet reverse shots filmed underwater show them to be swimming out of their depth.
Revealing: One of the Zombies while underwater and attacking the girls basketball team is wearing a head mask as it doesn't quite cover all the hair around his ears.
Continuity: When the German soldier zombies emerge from the lake to kill the two investigators, they are completely dry in all following shots.
Revealing: In many scenes and screenshots you can see that make-up was made sloppily: the faces of the undead Germans are rotting green, but their necks still retain a 'live' color.
