The father requests that his daughter get him her battery TV. She gets a white television. Later, when she finds her father asleep watching bowling the TV is now black, but roughly the same size. The TV becomes white again during the next scenes.

When the father says to Rosie "You just saw a rat", he is holding his arm around her. When it cuts he has his arm in front of her.

When Annie is telling Johnny to get away from the edge at the roof you can see her standing several feet away from him. When the critter bounces at Johnny making him fall over the edge you see Annie grabbing him. There is no way she could have gotten to him that fast.
