Easter eggs are hidden bits on DVDs which if you know where to look can provide all sorts of fun extras.
Navigate to the posted sign "Death House" (i.e., right of the South point of the compass menu). Press right again; the Thumb stick figure will highlight. Select it and you will see a short outtake of the "Death House" footage.
