Other: Chapter 2: Freezing Torture. When a Ming ship launches the first bomb at Flash and his friends, you can see somebody walking or skiing toward the explosion. The problem is that they are not moving. It may be footage from another film.

Revealing: Chapter 3: Walking Bombs and Chapter 4: The Destroying Ray. They accelerated the movie when you see the robots, or walking bombs, to give the illusion of mechanical movements. The only problem is that when you see people fighting with them, their movements are also accelerated.

Continuity: Chapter 2: Freezing Torture. When the avalanche falls on the group, they are on a slope but they were on flat ground the shots before. You can also see that the people are actually dummies because they don't move.

Revealing: At the beginning of the Purple Death segment, a policeman checks one of the person that died of the Purple Death. The "dead" man moves his eyes.

Visible crew/equipment: Chapter1: Purple Death. When Queen Fria says: "You see my friends, Ming has captured my general Lupi," you can see the shadow of the camera.
