Dolores Umbridge: There is no need to talk for this.
Hermione Granger: No need to think is more like it.
After the Centaurs make off with Umbridge, Harry and Hermione meet the other D.A. members on the bridge. As the comment about Puking Pustules is made, the string tie at the bottom of Ginny's sweater is rather long. When Neville says, "Dumbledore's Army is about doing something real," the tie is quite short now. See more...

Continuity: In the opening aerial shot of the playground, the landscape surrounding it is flat, devoid of any shrubbery, and there are no buildings or streets nearby. In the close-up shots with Harry and Dudley that are shown from various angles, there are now houses, small hilly mounds, bushes, and a road in the background.
Continuity: At the playground, when Dudley and Harry have a confrontation, Dudley wears black shorts with large white designs of words and numbers. When Dudley and Harry enter the tunnel and then later, when yumpy Dudley is in his house, Dudley's shorts have completely different designs (though it is the same type of shorts).
Continuity: After riding down the escalator on their way to Harry's hearing, when Arthur Weasley tries to pass the turnstile, Harry's right hand reaches for the transit pass in his left jacket pocket in the side shot. Then he reaches once again in the front shot, before it cuts back to the side shot as he's still reaching for it. Also, note the man with the newspaper under his arm that passes the turnstile only to be back in line, between these shots.
Continuity: In the Great Hall, when Dumbledore says, "Good evening children, I have two changes in staffing this year," we see Fred and George Weasley sitting in the fifth and sixth seats, and the other students near the end of the Gryffindor table. Next shot facing Dumbledore, we see the last seven students at that side of the table and not only are the Weasleys gone, but other students differ as well. This is also seen in additional shots.
Continuity: There are two scenes during which Harry is shown having visions of the Dept of Mysteries while he is asleep. The first scene occurs after Harry's confrontation with Seamus in the Gryffindor common room. There are shots of Harry lying in bed wearing a short sleeve, crew neck tee shirt, but when he is startled awake by the vision of Voldemort, he sits up wearing a buttoned henley tee. The next day is the first day of Defence Against the Dark Arts class with Umbridge. That last shot of Harry in the henley tee shirt was cut from a later scene. Later in the film, when Harry has the vision of Arthur Weasley's attack, he is wearing the henley tee shirt.
Continuity: During Harry's first detention, before he starts writing and while Umbridge is still talking, he's sitting at the desk. He's holding the quill in his right hand, and his left hand and arm are resting on the desk. The shot switches to another angle, and his left arm is immediately off the desk. Umbridge is still talking, so there is no time lapse between the two shots.
