In the scene where Kristen is raped by Billy, he is shown to remove her underwear. When she jumps up and runs away, her underwear is back on, although she has just managed to fight him off and wouldn't have had time to put them back on and escape. [At no time during this scene can you see up her skirt, which she is still wearing. It is impossible to tell if she is wearing the underwear or not.]
