Revealing: When Larry rides through the glass doors on his motorcycle, you can see the glass has been broken beforehand in order for it to shatter more easily.

Continuity: In the overhead shot, when Joey is driving up the road, before coming to the broken-down hearse, the side of the street is wet, but in a closeup the whole middle of the street is wet too.

Visible crew/equipment: When Joey drives off in his car at the end, and yells “heigh-ho,” a boom mike is reflected in his cars rear bumper.

Continuity: When Joey jumps onto Lila, on her bed, his tie is tucked under his chest, but in the very next shot it is hanging down loosely over the edge of the bed.
