Continuity: Daphne falls on Bo face up, but a few seconds later she is face down.
Continuity: Fred falls into the secret passageway while carrying with him. In a few later shots of him on the ground, the lantern is gone.
Continuity: During Semone's story, the position of the bandages wrapped around Morgan Moonscar's leg change significantly between shots.
Continuity: One of the cat creatures rips Shaggy's shirt at the end, but a few seconds later his shirt is fine.
Continuity: During Semone's story, when the moonlight flows through the opening in the ceiling, between shots the opening goes from having four horizontal bars and three vertical bars to having five horizontal bars and seven vertical bars.
Continuity: When Shaggy and Scooby are walking down the airport, the suitcases in the background change between shots.
Continuity: In the opening shot of Velma's bookstore, there are three books in one of the piles. She then places three more books on the pile, and carries them over to a table. In this shot there are well over six books in the pile.
Continuity: During "Terror Time Again," the same three zombies are shown chasing both groups of Mystery Inc. (Fred/Daphne & Velma/Shaggy/Scooby) even though they ran off in opposite directions.
Continuity: The boss enter the storage room carrying the clipboard in his left hand. In the next shot, when Shaggy says "Like, hi boss" it's in his right hand.
Continuity: At the start of the opening scene, the moat monster is revealed to be Mr. Beeman, and when he shouts, "I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for that big dog and you meddling kids," in this overhead shot, Scooby's paws are bare. In the next shot, the moat monster's mask is suddenly over one of his paws.
Continuity: In the scene where Shaggy and Scooby are stuck in the pit with Morgan Moonscar's zombie, the amount of rust on his sword changes between shots.
Continuity: When the gang first drives up to the house, there are no cats on the front porch. Then a few seconds later, as Fred points out, "this place is crawling with cats".
Continuity: After Jacques tells Dalphne that there have been no survivors from the island and she replies "So we understand" her hands magically appear on the steering wheel between shots.
Continuity: When the bat-like monster is chasing Shaggy and Scooby and trips over the pot, the amount of spilt flowers and dirt changes between shots.
Continuity: Fred and Daphne use a branch to cut the zombies in half, but one shot later the same zombies are whole again even though their legs kept walking forward.
Continuity: When Mystery Inc. visits the fortune teller, the pedestal the crystal ball is on changes from grey to brown.
Continuity: Ropes are tied around the voodoo dolls' legs and arms, but when Velma is untangling them, she only takes the ropes off the arms.

Continuity: When Velma puts the pile of books on the table and sighs, the angle of the TV has changed from the opening shot of the bookstore.
Continuity: When Shaggy is talking on the phone with Fred and says "Busy? Nah." the scale on the table is further away from the phone than it was in previous shots.
Continuity: When Daphne is talking with Chris on TV, the angle of the microphone on the table changes between shots.
Continuity: When the gang arrives at Moonscar Island, the sign near the dock is very tall. Later, when Shaggy tells Scooby to hurry up as he is picking peppers, the sign is much shorter than before.
Continuity: The lobster-like monster crashes into a pile of cans that have white labels on them. Then when Shaggy takes its mask off, the white labels are gone.
Continuity: In the scene where the boss finds Shaggy and Scooby in the storage room having eaten all the food, the banana peels and other scraps of food on the ground change between shots.
Other: When Shaggy and Scooby are in the storage room, the phone rings and it turns out that it's Fred who is calling them. This makes no sense, because Shaggy and Scooby were merely in that room by coincidence, so there's no way Fred could have known they were there.
Continuity: As Velma says "So that's where the cleaning cloth for my glasses went" the position of the dolls on the table changes between shots.
Continuity: When Velma states that Semone must have found Moonscar's treasure, the shadow of the moondial becomes shorter between shots.
Continuity: When Mystery Inc. is having dinner with Lena and Simone, the position of the plates and other items on the table changes between shots.
Continuity: When Daphne yanks a zombie out from the bushes, the zombie goes from leaning over the opened door of the car to leaning on the closed door.
Continuity: When Daphne cries "Bo, get us down" her lantern is in her left hand. In the next shot, her lantern is in her right hand.
Continuity: When Daphne opens the door of the car and the pile of crawfish shells falls out, it's more than what Shaggy and Scooby had eaten earlier.
Continuity: When Bo says "I was planting some flowers" he points to several pots on the ground that weren't there earlier.
Continuity: When the gang hears Lena scream, they run off without their lanterns. When they get back to the house, they have their lanterns again.
Continuity: Between shots of Shaggy saying "It's gumbo, isn't it?" and Lena replying "You do know your food" the cupboard on the wall moves further away from the window.
Audio problem: When the alligator bites on the fisherman's pole, the sounds heard don't match it biting on it.
Continuity: When Scooby grabs the bottle of hot sauce, the top is still on, but in the next shot he starts squirting sauce onto his sandwich, so of course the top is off.
Continuity: When the boss enters the storage room, the sign next to the door has black outlines around it. These outlines disappear a few seconds later.
Continuity: At the beginning when Shaggy is running from the Moat Monster, the amount of cobwebs on the shield next to the door changes between shots.
Continuity: When Shaggy and Scooby are stuck in the pit with Morgan Moonscar's zombie, Shaggy can barely reach the top of the pit after standing on Scooby's shoulders. However, when Scooby is lying down cowering at the bottom as Moonscar approaches, Shaggy reaches down, grabs Scooby, and pulls him out.
Continuity: When Simone and Lena are controlling the gang with voodoo dolls, Bo comes crashing next to Fred. A few seconds later, Dalphne is between Fred and Bo.
Continuity: As the gang approaches the door inside the secret passageway, their is a handle on it. When they come closer, the handle is gone.
Continuity: When Dalphne says "It's too much like the good old days" between shots her hands go from being on her cheeks to on her hair.
Continuity: When the voodoo dolls fall on the ground, their positions change between shots.
Audio problem: Semone is explaining how Lena lured outsiders back to the island and she replies "I've had years of practice" but her lips don't match what she's saying.
Continuity: Shaggy is changing for dinner, and puts his suitcase on the bed. He then sees a ghost and runs out of the room. When he comes back, the suitcase is gone.
