Factual error: After its trip over the ocean on which it got soaked with moisture the piano is amazingly well in tune, only later, at Baines' place, it sounds a little bit off.
Continuity: Before the piano gets thrown overboard Ada holds her hand into the water. In close up the water is perfectly still while in all wider shots it's quite choppy.
Continuity: When Baines has his first 'piano lesson' Flora asks to be allowed in. Ada declines, and when she goes back in the house her playing starts immediately when she closes the door, way before she could have walked to the piano and sat down.
