Corrected entry: When Jill gets home you can see her closing the door. When it cuts to her walking away from the door, you can see that it is a different door. (00:03:05)
Corrected entry: When Oz, Jimmy and his wife arrive at the Motel after they have been shot at by the sniper, they open the door to room 12, where they have been staying for one or two days already. But earlier in the movie, it was room 11 which they occupied.
Correction: The group had actually rented two hotel rooms for their stay and they were adjoining rooms - probably 11 & 12.
Correction: It's the same door. You can see the distinct marking in the second panel.
