Continuity: When Flagg, Nadine and Lloyd are in Flagg's apartment and he is fixing gin and tonic, he uses a special, tear-drop shaped flask. In the next shot of the bar, the flask is not there. Then, in the next shot when Flagg starts to throw a temper tantrum, it's back.

Trivia
Normally Stephen King only has cameos in movies based of his books but in this one he plays an actual character. See more...
Visible crew/equipment: When Stu is running down the fire escape stairs of the Medical centre, for a bare second when he turns left after a section of steps you can see a cameraman's shadow on the floor.
Revealing: When Stu shoots the doctor in the Vermont Disease Center, the third shot's exit hole appears before the shot is fired. (Seen on DVD)
Revealing: When the camera pans across Kareem Abdul Jabar's dead body sprawled out on the steps, the corpse blinks.
Revealing: When Harold Lauder crashes his motorcycle through the guardrail on the mountain road, the stuntman is ejected from the bike before the actual crash.
Continuity: When Stu and Glen are about to meet Fran and Harold, Glen gets up out of a hammock to go and see them. When it cuts to a shot of Stu rushing to meet them, in the background behind Stu, you see Glen getting out of the hammock again.
Revealing: When Stu and Tommy are making their way back to Boulder, they are towing the snowcat through the snow. In one shot you can see tire tracks in the snow already.
Continuity: At the start of the film at Haps gas station Campion says his wife got sick in Salt Lake City. Later in the war-room of the CDC the big map on the wall shows that he went south out of northern California and headed east through Arizona and New Mexico before he crashed in east Texas.
Continuity: When Flagg kills the Monster Screamer (Kareem Abdul Jabbar), he (the Screamer) is walking on level ground, and he falls forward clutching his chest. In a later scene Larry and Nadine find the dead Monster Screamer laying on his back on a staircase. The argument that he somehow crawled to the staircase after being apparently instantly dead is invalidated by the fact that his sign is with him on the staircase scene.
Continuity: When Nick is attacked in Shoyo, his hat falls off his head; in the next shot (when he hits/kicks back), his hat is back on, then in the next shot, it is off again.
