Ethan Hawke is the killer. Ethan Hawke killed his twin brother & his mother. At the end, Angelina Jolie wasn't really pregnant, she was wearing a fake belly because she knew that Ethan Hawke was watching her and she kills him by stabbing him in the heart with scissors.
