Continuity: When Amaro sees Martin to inquire about a room to meet Amelia the oil stains in Martin's left arm change places when they enter Getsemani's room.

Continuity: Amaro gets beaten up by Ruben and receives some bruises in his face. A little later, when he meets Amelia in the church, the bruises are gone.

Revealing: In the scene where Amaro is carrying Amelia out of the clinic and into the car, the old man who opens the car door and holds it for Amaro slams the car door into the camera, which looses its orientation for a while - and there even is a sound.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the photographer gets killed there's a shadow of the boom mike on the top left right before he gets stabbed.

Revealing: When the stabbed photographer is left sitting on the toilet the blood stains on his pants are virtually colorless.

Continuity: When Amaro takes the dying Amelia away from the abortion clinic her head keeps changing between an upright position and leaning against his shoulder.

Continuity: In the scene where Amelia tries to persuade Amaro to leave town with her, her cardigan covers her dress over the shoulder only partly, but the dress is fully covered from one shot to the next when Amaro stresses the importance of his vocation.

Other: When Ruben tries to speak to Amelia over the phone and leaves his number he gives his extension 117 (in the Spanish version and all subtitles), but in the English dubbed version he says 116.

Revealing: When Amaro waits for Dionisia and Amelia to go to the abortion clinic it's 2 a.m., but there's one shot of the sky where the reddish sky at the horizon looks very dawnish.
