Continuity: When Frank Bryce places the silver water kettle on the flame, the round ceramic lid rests on the counter, beside the small ceramic teapot. However, in the next shot, as Frank steps toward the sink, the ceramic lid is actually on the small teapot.

Continuity: After Frank places the kettle on the burner, when he steps in front of the sink in the wideshot, the window is behind the sink, in front of Frank. There are plants on the sill that reach the window handles. However, after Frank sees the mansion light and puts the teapot down, in the close-up of the window the center plant is gone and the left plant is different.
Continuity: When we first see Hermione, she puts the candle down on a chest of drawers or something similar. In the next shot it has moved to the edge of the chest of drawers.
Audio problem: When Fred and George mimic Arthur by saying, "Feet off the table" their lips don't move.
Continuity: At the Quidditch World Cup, when Cornelius Fudge welcomes everyone, the way he is holding the wand to his throat differs in the two shots facing him and the shot from behind.
Continuity: When Barty Crouch Sr accuses Harry, Ron and Hermione of casting the Dark Mark, the way he holds his wand changes depending on the angle.
Continuity: When Hermione talks about this ministry not knowing about the Dark Mark, whilst on the train to Hogwarts, there are two numbers behind Harry that disappear and reappear constantly.
Continuity: After Draco is changed back into a boy (from a ferret), Moody sticks his staff into the ground before he chases Draco around the tree. Initially his staff is leaning at a 45° angle, but when Draco comes around the tree and leaves the courtyard the staff is standing upright, at a 90° angle.
Continuity: On the Hogwarts Express, Harry's hair changes in level of scruffiness. In particular there is one bit that sticks out to the side on his left that keeps changing.
Continuity: On the Hogwarts Express, when Harry writes "Sirius Black" on the envelope it is written in thick black ink. However, in the next shot when the envelope is in Hedwig's beak, the name is written in thin ink, and the writing differs.
Continuity: When Dumbledore is about to introduce the other schools and Filch comes running through the great hall, he runs past Ron twice on his way up to the podium. The first time Ron is sitting up and his head turns as Filch runs past. As Filch continues to run, he passes Ron again, who this time has been lying his head on his arms on the table, and sits up as Filch runs past.
Visible crew/equipment: After Beauxbaton's entrance into the dining hall, Fleur bows in a close-up with the wood platform directly behind her, and then Dumbledore kisses Madame Maxime's hand. In the next shot, when Dumbledore quickly runs up onto the platform to introduce Durmstrang, there is a white mark on the wood which he promptly stands on. This mark is not on the platform in either the previous or following shots.
Visible crew/equipment: In the dining hall when Dumbledore says, "Eternal glory, that's what awaits," it cuts to Harry and the other kids sitting at the table. Right behind Harry's seat you can see a white tape marker on the floor.
Visible crew/equipment: Just as Dumbledore reveals the Goblet of Fire, Barty Crouch Sr. is behind him. Just under his feet you can make out the edge of a white tape marker.
Continuity: In class, when Moody writes his name, unforgivable (curses), etc., on the chalkboard, the handwriting distinctly differs in the following shots.
Continuity: In class, when Moody shouts, "And hears across classrooms!" he throws the chalk at Seamus, and the way Seamus ducks over his desk noticeably differs between the two shots; he first leans down on his right arm, then on his left.
Continuity: The numbers on the blackboard in Moody's lesson keep changing.
Continuity: During the first part of the movie, Moody doesn't have a eyebrow over his Magic Eye, it is clear because you can see the stitch marks. Then when he is talking to Harry he has a bushy white eyebrow where there wasn't one before.
Continuity: The amount of eyebrow hair, just over Moody's magical eye, differs in various consecutive shots of him throughout the film. It goes from some hair being caught under the casing, to all of it being over the casing, and vice versa; such as when he begins to feel the effects of the Polyjuice Potion diminishing, and he looks in the cabinet. (It is Moody's eyebrow over the casing, not a piece of fabric.)
Continuity: When Cedric puts his name into the Goblet, you can see that his hair is wet on his fringe and stuck to his forehead in several clumps of hair. After he has stepped away from the Goblet, his hair has changed position. The clumps of hair are in different places and a gap has appeared.
