What is the meaning of the sign that Bugs pulls out after he's been told about Area 52 (the sign with the ball and the screw)? [It is the cartoon indication of implying someone is a screwball; i.e., a nutcase, or in some other way crazy or out of their mind.]

When monster-things start to attack Bugs and co. in area 52, Bugs put a packet of microwave popcorn into one of them, causing popcorn to shoot up into his face. Who is the monster and where's he from? [It's the alien from "The Man from Planet X".]
