Continuity: When Eddie tells Homer about the Wady robbery while they're driving along, there's a change from broad daylight to late dusk in mid-sentence.

Continuity: The establishing shot of the quay scene shows a close-up of a flock of seagulls. However, as the scene goes on we don't see any birds at all even when the camera shows the whole quay, but we hear them shriek. Only during the credits there is a skipped shot of the quay where it's crowded with seagulls.

Revealing: When Eddie shoots the cashier at the Wady liquor store he falls backwards into a shelf with whiskey bottles. You hear some bottles break and see some splinters flying, and then there comes a Niagara-style whiskeyfall pouring over the shelf that must have come from a large reservoir behind.

Continuity: In the scene at the roadside bathroom Eddie is scared by the sound of a jet, thinking it's an earthquake. There's a very short cut to the aircraft, then back to Eddie, and all of a sudden she is not wearing her cap and hood anymore, for which there was neither a reason nor sufficient time.

Continuity: At the German Hofbräuhaus party Homer talks to Eddie about getting back to work. In the background we see his old friend Betsy, who, after a short close-up on Homer, appears from the left to ask him for a dance, while there are totally different people in the background.

Other: When Eddie does her first liquor store robbery in Wady she shoots at the cashier because he looks at the gun that's placed under the cash register. We get the impression that she spots the gun too, but she doesn't bend over the counter enough to be able to see it.

Continuity: The blood stain on Eddie's bandage disappears in the roadside brothel and reappears in Summit Inn.

Other: Eddie describes her brain tumor as inoperable because her brain wraps itself around it like jellyfish. The German subtitles translate 'jellyfish' into 'eel in jelly'.

Continuity: When Homer and Eddie have lunch on their first stop the pizza on the plate between them switches back and forth between untouched and half eaten.

Continuity: During the wake scene Homer's hair is combed flat. When he leaves the church it's standing up quite messily.

Continuity: When Homer is packing to leave for Oregon you hear the radio blaring in the background. His shirt is still unbuttoned, but then there is a cut to him watching himself in the mirror while he tries various basball caps, with his shirt buttoned and wearing a jacket. Ths wouldn't pass as a mistake if the radio didn't suggest continiuty.

Continuity: When Homer drives off when they leave Summit Inn in the snow, he skids across the parking lot of the hotel, but a bit later it looks more like a frozen pond. As a pond could not be at level with the road and they didn't go down any slope this is a strange transformation.

Continuity: When Eddie sees the Jesus impersonator for the first time in a side road she asks Homer to back up. The stretch he reverses is much shorter that what they had covered since they passed the crossing.

Factual error: For someone who has been given one more month (minus the two weeks since her escape from the closed ward) because of a brain tumor Eddie looks way too healthy.
