Entry Does anyone know why they changed Jimmy's last name to 'Markum' from 'Marcus' (which it is in the books)? [9 times out of 10, a character's name is changed to avoid legal action, ie, there may be only one man in the US named Jimmy Marcus who might complain that a character is named after him.]
Entry If anyone has read the book, does Jimmy get away with murdering Dave? [At the end of the book, Jimmy is still free, but Sean makes it clear that he will be watching Jimmy very closely.]
Entry What is the "vampire movie" that Dave is watching? ['Vampires' 1998, directed by John Carpenter.]
Entry Can anyone tell me the name of the actor who plays Jimmy's father-in-law? He briefly turns up at the wake, and I'm reasonably sure that Jimmy addresses him as "Theo". [I'm pretty sure his name is Adam Nelson. He is credited as "Nick Savage" in the movie, which seems to make sense since he is from the Savage family. But you are right, Jimmy refers to him as "Theo".]
