When Kyle Hunter dies of asphyxiation from killing himself by connecting a tube going from the exhaust to the inside of the truck, his father pulls him out and lays him on the floor, and tries to revive him. The truth is, when a person commits suicide in this manner, all his/her joints become stiff and the whole body becomes rock hard which makes it impossible to pull that person out of the vehicle without breaking his/her bones with a device that only a rescue crew would have. [Kyle had taken a handful of valium beforehand - who was to say that the carbon monoxide got to him first?]
