Deuce tells Antoine that his saltwater fish which he calls a Chinese Tailbar Lionfish (it's actually just a common red lionfish) has "Malawi Bloat" which is impossible, Malawi bloat is an illness that affects African cichlids and is usually due to improper diet or parasites, not a gill disorder. [This comes down to a character mistake. Deuce's "credentials" on aquatic sealife is never revealed in the film. Deuce is not a vet and being that we only know he has an affection for fish its possible he has no idea what he is going on about or even what type of fish it is.]

Notice when the fat woman is walking to the court room the whole room is shaking but when she enters the room, it's not shaking. [It's meant just for comedic purposes; once she enters the room there's no need to do it anymore.]

After rescuing a fish from a restaurant, Deuce and Kate were going to set it free in the ocean. When they drop the fish from the bag and into the sea you see water splash up just inches from where they were standing on a beach walk-over. [This was obviously done just for laughs, which it achieved from most of the audience. All of Rob Schneider's movies have several elements like this done intentionally.]

In the scene where Deuce is in the court, the black man, that has put on a mask to look white, waves at Deuce. When he waves, you can see his hand, and it is still black, not white like his face. [The black man's hand is supposed to black, that's the whole joke. He is disguising himself as a white guy but his hands are still black. ]
