Underworld (2003) - 3 major mistakes

Directed by Len Wiseman, starring Bill Nighy, Erwin Leder, Kate Beckinsale, Michael Sheen, Scott Speedman, Shane Brolly, Sophia Myles (add more)

Genres: Action, Fantasy, Horror, Thriller

Yes, everyone knows that vampires conventionally don't have reflections, but almost every vampire film adapts/alters the legend to fit the story they want to tell (after all, originally vampires could go out in daylight), so them having reflections in this film isn't a mistake.

Mistake Continuity: When Selene slams on the brakes sending Lucian off the car, his arm blade disappears during his tumble, and reappears in the same shot once he stops. Viewed best in frame-by-frame.

Mistake Factual error: Every time the silver nitrate is shown on clothing, it is shown as silver. Silver nitrate in fact is black once exposed to light.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: During the final battle, a vampire shoots into a totally dark room and kills a werewolf. He then lifts his gun and people are seen reflected in the sights.
