Continuity: Before Sands kills Bellini, when he says that he wouldn't think twice about ripping the patch from his eye hole and skull-f***ing him to death he is holding his cigarette up in the air. When the camera angle changes the arm is down on the table. Submitted by Nancy<>Felix
