Continuity: When the team is shooting long distance poker Street can be seen lifting his head up twice after he loses as the camera angle changes.

Revealing: When we see the close up of the jet after having landed on the bridge, look closely at the right main landing gear. There is a rope or a chain that slows down and stops, seems to be a device to move the aircraft without having the engines run.

Continuity: When Montel arrives at the airport and heads for the car waiting for him, the driver is standing right behind the car waiting. When it cuts, the driver comes walking towards the car from a few feet away.

Continuity: After Alex cuts his uncle's throat, he pulls a set of keys out of his jacket pocket. The keys he pulls out have a Ford factory alarm attached to them, yet when we see him driving his uncle's car it is a Cadillac.

Factual error: During the shoot-out between Street and TJ near the beginning, the two of them are running towards their targets and the view is from TJ's right side. As TJ is closing on his target, his pistol jams with the slide locked back, yet he acts like he is shooting normally.

Continuity: When the S.W.A.T. team stops the escape attempt from the bus, the crime lord is seen getting out of the police car and walking towards the team. The camera angle changes and he is seen once again walking away from the car.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when the Swat team is training and they raid the abandoned building, you can see one of the men throwing a flashbang into the room, which explodes. The flashbang does not explode at all, it is a visible device which can be seen lying on the floor that explodes. You can even see the wire running through the room.

Continuity: At the very end, as the S.W.A.T. truck pulls away and is driving through the desert after dropping off the prisoner, a call comes through the radio. Street puts his ear-piece on, the camera angle changes to Hondo who is right behind and replying to Street, and Street is again just beginning to put his ear-piece on.

Continuity: In the scene where the French bad guys kill the man in the restaurant, a pretty girl disappears. The girl is having dinner with the murdered man, then she is sitting at the bar while the victim and the French bad guy talk privately. When the French bad guy cuts the victim's throat the girl is suddenly gone from the bar. All the other associates in the room are still there, but the girl has vanished.

Plot hole: When the plane is trying to land on the bridge, it hardly makes it. How do they rotate it 90 degrees? The plane wouldn't fit.

Continuity: When Gamble and TJ exit from the sewer, a member of the gang puts the lock on the gate between the bars on the door and the gate at an angle. When Street and Hondo arrive and try to shoot the lock off, it's on the latch holes and the lock is straight.

Continuity: When we see the guy checking the database for Alex Montel, he finds three different names and identities Montel uses. Each identity has a corresponding picture. The guy is searching under the name Claude _____ (can't remember the surname), and we see the picture on the screen that matched for Claude. But then on the printout, that picture is under the alias Alex Montel.

Continuity: When Hondo and Street go to the hospital to find Chavez, and they talk to her partner and he hits the guy in the back of the head; as Hondo and Street walk off you see the officer and the Hispanic guy standing and sitting there normally.
