Continuity: In the beginning of the movie when the Angels are rescuing the US Marshall, Lucy Liu is wearing stiletto heeled boots. When they jump out of the window, the heels are square.

Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003) - 66 mistakes
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by McG, starring Bernie Mac, Cameron Diaz, Crispin Glover, Demi Moore, Drew Barrymore, John Cleese, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Luke Wilson, Matt LeBlanc, Robert Patrick (add more)
Continuity: At the beginning of the movie, when the three Angels and the US Marshall escape from the house in Mongolia, they break a window and there are many glass chips, but when they hit the ground, the glass has disappeared.
Other: When rescuing Ray Carter in Mongolia, the Angels take a truck and drive it off a bridge. Problem is this is a modern U.S. Army truck - what's it doing in Mongolia?
Factual error: Helicopter rotor blades do not unfold by themselves and there is no way to unfold them from inside the helicopter. A trained mechanic with the right tools and equipment (including the proper ladder for the job) will take a minimum of twenty minutes to rig a four bladed rotor, and that's if (s)he's in a hurry. An airborne (i.e. falling) helicopter? Forget it.
Factual error: In the scene where the helicopter falls off the bridge there isn't enough time to start the helicopter, let the systems get enough pressure and get the blades rotating fast enough to provide enough lift to fly plus at the angle the helicopter was falling it couldn't even auto rotate.
Continuity: When the Angels are dancing at Natalie's place, Alex is wearing very high wedge heels. When they tip over the couch, Alex is suddenly barefoot.
Continuity: When the Angels are dancing to Hammertime, there is a box next to the TV and on top of that box is a smaller, silver box. When they jump over the sofa, that silver box has vanished.
Continuity: At the beginning of the Caulfield house scene, the shadows are pointing to the left. When the Angels enter the house, the bright shaft of sunlight coming through the hole in the curtains shows that the sun is now on the other side of the sky.
Revealing: There is a scene where Natalie Cook is on her surfboard riding the curl of a wave. It appears to be her head superimposed over someone else's body. The coloring and movement don't quite line up.
Continuity: When Natalie is talking to the surfer by his car, Alex and Dylan are under the car looking through his belongings. After he gets into the car to drive off, it cuts to Natalie and she says something, cuts back to the surfer pulling away in his car and then cuts to a shot of Dylan but you can see the surfer's leg/towel in the shot. Shouldn't he already be in the car?
Continuity: When the Angels are at the races Natalie wiggles her head at a man and streches her arms out. Then it cuts to the man and behind him is a man on a bike jumping off a ramp and he is in mid-air. It then cuts to Natalie, then to the man again and the same man behind him jumping off the ramp, has only just began to jump.
Continuity: When the cute assassin comes up to start the bike race, he has no top on and his upper torso is bare, however in the next shot he has a red racing jersey on.
Continuity: In the dirt bike racing scene, there's a long "slow-motion" shot that includes a large section of a very patchy-cloudy sky. In all other shots of the race, the sky is clear blue.
Continuity: In the motorbike scene, some shots of the sky have clouds, and some have a clear sky.
Continuity: At the end of the big motorcross scene, the Creepy Thin Man's bike hits a spar right where it connects to a leg on one of the electrical towers. The bike hits above the front tire and flips over the top of the bar, while the obvious dummy falls backward away from the bike. But when it cuts to Creepy Thin Man getting up and staggering off, the bike is back in front of the leg, right behind him. With the trajectory of both falling objects (bike and the Thin Man), he should have been thrown much farther from the metal leg and the bike should have landed yards behind it, rather than the two landing close together.
Continuity: When the Angels are going to talk to mother superior, they all have on some sort of lip gloss/stick, but when they are at the desks, they all have plain lips, then when they are leaving, they all have the same lip gloss they had when they were coming.
Continuity: When the Angels are sitting at the desks talking to mother superior, she asks the Angels to move forward. Watch Cameron Diaz. The first time she grasps her desk to bring it forward, it's on the front bit. Then it shows a shot from behind and she is grasping it from the sides, then back to the front shot and she is grasping it from the front again.
Revealing: When you see the picture of Alex and her parents in front of the Eiffel Tower, her face has obviously just been added into the photo, which is shown because the lighting is different and she is wearing the same top as she was when she was in the office with the Angels, talking to Max.
Continuity: After the fight with Seamus O'Grady, the Angels burst through the roof. Drew Barrymore grabs a short piece of wood to slide down the rope with. When she slides down the rope, the wood is longer. When they land, the wood is even longer.
Continuity: When Nat has the record in her hand from all the stuff Dylan left, in the next shot, she is holding a picture of the Angels with both hands, and the record is on the table behind her.
