Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen have an uncredited cameo as replacement Angels. They appear in the scene where Drew Barrymore is imagining herself with replacement Angels. First Eve then Mary-Kate and Ashley.

The song that is playing while angels are going into the crime scene is The Who's "Who Are You," which is also the theme song for the TV show "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."
O'Grady's release from prison is an homage to Cape Fear, right down to the music.
