Mistake Deliberate "mistake": In the towel-dance scene after Demi has put on her white panties and spins off the towel from her hair she starts to rip off her body towel. Then in the next frame the towel is again tucked in. Apparently they didn't want Demi topless when she leaned over to slip on her blue shorts.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: When Erin and the police detective walk and talk, you can see the microphone reflected in a police car window.

Mistake Continuity: When Demi Moore just finishes her dance for Congressman Dilbeck, he helps her put on her blouse. When he puts it on, her hair is underneath the blouse, then a little bit later, you look again and her hair is above the blouse.

Mistake Continuity: In the scene where the inspector is questioning Erin you see two men walking by. When they are out of the picture the inspector asks a new question. When the shot cuts back to Erin you see the two men walking by her. They should actually be several feet behind her by this time.

Mistake Continuity: When the Congressman's "right hand" fills a glass of wine while trying to persuade Demi Moore to cooperate, he fills up the left glass, then it cuts back to Demi, and when it turns back to him he is again filling the glass.

Mistake Plot hole: When Erin goes to kidnap her daughter from Rita's caravan, she is hiding in a car wreck. Then she runs in and gets her daughter out. From out of nowhere her car is parked outside the caravan. Wouldn't it be suspicious to be parked right outside?

Mistake Continuity: When Erin and her daughter gets out of the car, her daughter has her bag around her. But when they run up the stairs, her daughter is holding the bag in her hands. Then it's back around her.

Mistake Continuity: While in court you can see Erin's ex-husband's lawyer has a pen in front of him on the desk. The pen change position between the shots.

Mistake Continuity: When Erin's husband gets downstairs on the boat and start dancing, his nametags are on top of his shirt. In the next they are under his shirt.

Mistake Continuity: When Erin opens the letter, you can see the upper left corner of the paper is bent. In the next shot the paper is fine.

Mistake Continuity: When Erin is talking to her ex-husband, you can see there is no sunlight on his arm. In the next shot from a different angle, there is sunlight on his arm.

Mistake Continuity: When the police detective is questioning Erin, you see a man in blue shirt coming up from behind her. When it cuts back to the detective he passes him. It cuts back to Erin, and you see the man passing her when he actually already passed her.

Mistake Continuity: When Erin is doing her hair, she has a set of hair pin in her hair. In one shot, you see a big blue hair pin, in the next shot it's gone.

Mistake Continuity: When Dilbeck talks to the Rojo man, a lump of hair over his nose change position between the shots.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: When Erin stops at the 7-Eleven, you can see a reflection on the car of a member from the film crew holding something that appears to be a camera.

Mistake Revealing: In the scene at the end of the movie when the detective is listening to the Senator's confession on tape, there are no speakers attached to the stereo.

Mistake Audio problem: When the band is playing, the vocals doesn't fit the singer's lip movements.

Mistake Deliberate "mistake": In the towel dance scene, every once and awhile when Demi is slightly bending over, her towel raises some where you can see a black thong.

Mistake Continuity: In the final scene where the policeman is walking Demi to the car she has his jacket slipped over her shoulders. However when she gets into the car her right arm is in the arm of the jacket, she then takes it off and hands it to the police man.
