Other: When Ben gives Eddie Murphy the picture he drew of them, Eddie points out that Ben drew a green moustache on him in the picture, but when he looks at the drawing for the first time and also in the meeting there's no moustache.

Daddy Day Care (2003) - 47 mistakes
Directed by Steve Carr, starring Eddie Murphy, Jeff Garlin, Steve Zahn (add more)
Continuity: When Steve Zahn is dressed like Darth Vader, he grabs a green light saber, but in the next shot he is holding a blue light saber, when there would have been no time to grab a different one.
Audio problem: When all the kids are gathered around on the first day, and Charlie says "We would like you to read the mission statement", the sun tanned kid Dylan mouths his lines.
Continuity: When Charlie and his son are sitting at the table having breakfast, Charlie puts his fist to the side of his face, and his son copies. In the shot of both of them, his son's hand isn't a complete fist, he still has his fingers pointing out, but in the next shot of just him, his hand is a complete fist.
Revealing: When Mr. Kubitz arrives at the house and finds Phil with makeup on, a car is driving by in the background. A few seconds go by before the shot goes back to Mr. Kubitz - plenty of time for the car to have driven out of shot. But when Mr. Kubitz is shown at the doorway again, the car is still there, driving along.
Continuity: When the kids are watching the puppet show, the inspector is eating a cookie. In one shot, he finishes the cookie and is brushing the crumbs off of his hands. In the next shot, the cookie is back and he's taking a bite.
Plot hole: It's amazing that the two Chapman women weren't caught at "Rock for Daddy Day Care". One of them unzips a guy's dog costume in the middle of the path with everyone walking by. A little kid actually stares right at her when she does this. Also when Jenny puts the cockroaches in the salad, the people who were waiting in line for food would definitely have seen her. There are many more parts like this.
Continuity: In the opening scene, Ben gets out of bed to put on his slippers, and as he sits down, he places his teddy bear to his right hand side. Ben, after putting on his slippers, stands up. As he does so, he picks up his teddy bear, which is now on his left hand side.
Visible crew/equipment: The reflection of a white sleeved cameraman is visible over the brown paper when Marvin Phil and Charlie are looking into the window of Final Frontier.
Continuity: When they are first signing up people for the daycare, they get to the little girl with all the allergies. As the girl and her mother are listing all her allergies, Eddie Murphy has his hands by his chin not writing down anything, in the next shot he suddenly has a pen in his hand.
Continuity: At the very end of the film, the cars in the traffic jam caused by Ms. Harridan change position in between the two shots.
Continuity: When the people are first signing up for the daycare, Crispin and his mom go up to the signing booth. Then Crispin kicks Charlie on the left ankle, in the next shot Charlie is seen grabbing his right leg instead of the left one.
Continuity: During the Chaplin Academy Tour, when Charlie crouches down to say goodbye to Ben, between shots Ben goes from holding his mom's left hand to holding her right hand.
Continuity: After Jamie yells "Let's get ready to rumble", Flash gets up from his chair twice in two shots.
Revealing: During the first day of daddy day care, when Dylan is screaming after leaving his mom, we see a purple car drive by in the background and a woman walking down the street. Two shots later the exact same thing happens again.
Continuity: The inspector is giving a puppet show. At the start of the show, Brenda is seated at the far right. In the last shot, she is now at the far left, though no one has gotten up during the scene.
Continuity: When Charlie pulls up to the Academy for their appointment, he emerges from a car stopped parallel to the steps. In the next cut, the car is parked diagonally in relation to the steps.
Revealing: At the "Rock For Daddy Day Care", someone turns the sprinkler on and everyone starts running away. But you can see that many of the people run away before the sprinkler goes off.
Continuity: Eddie Murphy's collar constantly changes in the scene where he is at the Chapman Academy for the final time.
Plot hole: Marvin came to Charlie's house with paychecks for both Charlie and Phil, but he had no way of knowing Phil was there.
Continuity: When Charlie and Ben are drawing pictures at the table, there is a green cup at the center of the table. But at the end of this scene the cup is at the far side of the table.
Continuity: When Charlie reads "Green Eggs and Ham" to the kids, Becca is shown without a book and is just listening to Charlie, but in the next shot of her she is reading along in her own book.
Continuity: When Ben picks up a flier from the ground, the nearby toolbox moves closer to him between shots, and many of the tools on the ground change too.
Continuity: At the start, when Ben asks his dad "Can you stay here?", his hand goes from being on the bare table to on the paper to on the bare table again.
Continuity: When Phil is being chased by the bees, we see that the kids and Charlie are watching through the window. They switch position between shots.
Visible crew/equipment: Early in the film, when the little kid Ben is brushing his teeth, equipment is visible in the glass behind him.
Other: Many of the lines that Charlie reads from "Green Eggs and Ham" don't match the actual book. For instance, he says "Would you like to eat them here or there?" when in the book it states "Would you like them here or there"?. Also in the next line he reads "I would not like them anywhere" when it really says "I would not like them here or there, I would not like them anywhere".
Continuity: Phil throws his papers on the ground yelling in pain, but later he is shown lying down groaning and the papers have stacked themselves up.
Continuity: When Charlie goes to view Chapman's Academy for the first time he gets an urgent message from work forcing him to leave. He shuts his pager but in the next shot he shuts it again and puts it away.
Visible crew/equipment: In the Cotton Candy Puffs scene, there are two shots of a TV in the corner of the room, and in each of them you can see the cameraman's reflection.
Continuity: When trying to get the house to pass inspection, Phil adds child gates to both ends of the stairway, doorways, etc. However, later shots of the main staircase show that there are no such gates installed.
Continuity: When Charlie pulls up in front of Chatman Academy for the orientation, Ben's shirt is untucked. Charlie kisses his wife and she picks Ben up. Ben's shirt is suddenly tucked in.
Audio problem: At the end of the film, when Ms. Harridan is working as a police officer, the whistle drops from her mouth in astonishment when she sees that her former employee Jenny now works for Daddy Day Care. She never puts it back into her mouth, but then when she tries to stop a green minivan from going to Daddy Day Care we hear the sound of her whistle.
Continuity: When Kelly first meets Marvin, Kelly's hair changes position between shots of her saying "Hi Marvin, I'm Dylan's mom".
Continuity: When the broccoli is battling the carrot, the bits of broccoli that have fallen off and landed on the mattress change position between shots.
Continuity: When the men are deciding which two kids to fire, one of Phil's hands is on his knee and the other is on his side. Then he says "How about Becca and Jamie?", and then his hands are both in between his legs.
Continuity: On the first day of Daddy Day Care, the kids are all shown sitting on the stairs listening to Charlie's speech. Flash is sitting in the front row at a fair distance from Becca. Then Charlie hands out the mission statements, and Flash is suddenly right next to Becca. There would have been no time for him to move closer.
Continuity: During the scene where Jeff Garlin is poking the beehive, notice that about 5 seconds later it's gone when Marvin's spraying him.
Continuity: The third time the child services inspector shows up, Phil answers the door wearing excessive make-up, which was the result of a practical joke. In the first few shots , Phil's make-up is actually rather neat, with blue eye shadow, eye glitter, lipstick, etc. But after they enter the house seconds later, the lipstick is messier, the eyeshadow is smudged under his eyes, and the glitter nearly disappears.
Continuity: A few minutes into the movie when they are discussing who will wear the broccoli costume, a woman with black hair and blue blouse is holding two cups of coffee, sits down and hands one cup to a man. A few seconds later she is still holding both cups and walking toward the table.
Revealing: Phil is not actually playing the guitar when he is singing for the kids. He hits different/mismatching chords at multiple points in the movie.
Continuity: When Charlie comments on Ben's drawing, Ben is holding a yellow crayon in his hand. Suddenly in the next shot he is holding a purple crayon.
Factual error: There's a mistake when Charlie is reading "Green Eggs and Ham" to the kids. Right after reading "I do not like them here or there, I do not like them anywhere.", he shows them a picture of that character holding a fist and says "He was gonna punch Sam I am". The picture he showed them is not on the same page as that line in the book "Green Eggs and Ham". It only comes in about ten pages later.
Plot hole: Kim continuously speaks with uneducated sentences and slurs throughout the movie, despite being a lawyer and also being married to a very clean-spoken Charlie.
Continuity: At the dinner table, when Charlie says that he'll get a new job in a week, in one shot Ben is playing with his chopsticks, but in the next he's not.
Continuity: When Charlie is trying to explain a football play to the kids, the little blonde girl moves among the group. Shots showing Charlie's face, she's at his left back side, but shots showing the kids faces, she's directly in front of Charlie.
Continuity: The third time the child services inspector comes, Charlie sees Phil wearing the make-up and drops most the cookies he was carrying, leaving only a few left in the tray. Throughout the scene, the remaining cookies change number and location on the tray.
