Continuity: In the scene at the bar with Gideon when the black guy pours Gideon a drink it is only about 1/3 full. When Gideon drinks it in the next shot it is almost full.

The latter part of the scene with Eric and Albrecht in Albrecht's apartment was actually ad-libbed. Brandon decided to pick up a picture of Albrecht and his wife and ask him about it. The following part about Shelley ("Believe me, nothing is trivial") was also not in the script. The scene was originally scripted to take place in the street outside the police headquarters, but it was decided that it should be moved to Albrecht's home so that the audience could learn more about him. Continuity: In the scene where Brandon walks in on Top Dollar's meeting and there's a big shoot out, the guy in the trousers with hearts on them gets shot and killed, but a few seconds later you see him again shooting at Eric.
