Trivia
When the film was released during the war with Iraq, the poster of the film was edited by airbrushing the peace sign that Amanda Bynes made. This was done by Warner Bros. so no one will think that the poster is a war protest, or make it seem that the studio is against the war. See more...

starring Amanda Bynes, Colin Firth (add more)
Continuity: When Daphne and Ian are shopping in London on their first date, they go into a shop with sari's. Daphne is wearing a black blazer jacket when she goes into the change room but when she comes out with a sari on over her jeans, she does not have it on. Then Daphne and Ian leave the shop without it and Daphne does not wear it for the rest of the date, nor carry it about.
Continuity: During Peach and Pear's ball, when Daphne walks down the steps while the photographers take pictures of her, Glynnis and Clarissa see her and Glynnis says "What has she done to that dress?" and Clarissa says "Let's Go", they turn around and walk away, while when they turn the camera to Daphne, if you look at the bottom of the screen, you see Glynnis's back dress and Clarissa's purple dress turning and walking away.
Continuity: When Daphne is playing with the dog, in one shot her hair is out, then the camera goes to the princess, then back to Daphne and her hair is tucked behind her ear. She's holding the dog so she wouldn't have enough time to push it back without us seeing her hands move to hold the dog properly again.
Continuity: Daphne has just arrived at Dashwood Manor. When she goes to climb up the wall, she is holding a book in her hand. In the next shot it's gone.
