When the cops are breaking into Charles Bronson's apartment, there is a Mezzuzah on the door jam. That signifies it is a Jewish household. But at his wife's funeral at the beginning of the film, there is a priest presiding. [It is entirely possible that the previous tenant was Jewish, and Bronson's family either didn't notice it or never bothered to take it down.]
