Continuity: In the deleted scenes on the DVD, there is a scene where Jobe is talking with the Chimp who he thinks is Cyberman. The chimp's battle helmet visor continually (and randomly) opens and closes between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: At the end when Dr. Angelo and Peter are escaping the blast, just after Angelo jumps down over the facility wall and calls for Peter to follow, for a second you can see someone holding the back of Peter's shirt to help him drop down, or it might be a rigging of some kind.
Other: In the scene in Angelo's basement after Jobe has killed the Priest and his friend's Father, Jobe transmits a message to Angelo using the VR helmet. In this message we see and hear Jobe describing how he took a boost of medicine, but how did Angelo hear this message? The earphones of the VR headset are positioned above his head and angled away from him.
