Factual error: When we see the burning 'DD' in Joe Pantoliano's glasses it is not a reflection. The DD should be backwards in his glasses.

Trivia
When Matt and Elektra are walking around on the roof, right before Matt 'sees' her in the rain, the director has Elektra in a red dress, which is a nod to Elektra's real red costume in the comics. See more...
Daredevil (2003) - 48 mistakes
Directed by Mark Steven Johnson, starring Ben Affleck, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Garner, Michael Clarke Duncan, David Keith, Joe Pantoliano, Jon Favreau, Ellen Pompeo (add more)
Continuity: Near the beginning of the movie we see that Matt has many visible scars on his back. But when Matt Murdock and Elektra are having sex in the bed there's a shot of Matt turning over onto his back, and almost all of the scars are gone.
Continuity: When Daredevil kicks Bullseye off his motorcycle, Bullseye has nothing in his hands when he's flying through the air, but when he lands he's holding Daredevil's baton. Watch closely when Daredevil's kick connects, and you can see they never even come close enough for Bullseye to grab the baton, or for him to snatch it if it was dropped.
Continuity: In the funeral scene, Elektra is exposed to the rain for a few moments, so that Matt can 'see' her face. She then covers up with an umbrella. When she gets in her car, her hair and face are completely dry.
Other: In the fight scene between Daredevil and Elektra, some of the sheets hanging to dry still have crease lines from taking them out of the package, meaning they have never been on a bed or ever laundered before, just bought for the movie and immediately hung up.
Continuity: When Daredevil throws his stick and it hits Bullseye on the forehead you can see a red mark where it hit, but the next time we see Bullseye he has no mark.
Factual error: When Matt Murdock is looking at Elecktra in the rain, he can make out the irises and pupils. This wouldn't be possible for two reasons. Irises and pupils have no depth that could be sensed through his radar sense. Even if they did, he could only see them if the rain was falling straight into her eyes, which would be quite painful and highly unromantic.
Continuity: In the scene in the subway you see a clock counting down to the next train, at about 01:55. When we cut to the other end of the station though (instantly, because Daredevil's still coming down the stairs), the timer reads 01:35.
Factual error: When Elektra's father is killed, she picks up what appears to be a Glock 19 and empties it in the direction of Ben Affleck. We hear the weapon click a few times indicating it is out of bullets, but the slide is still in the closed forward position, and it should be locked back when it goes empty.
Revealing: Why is there a full moon every night?
Factual error: In the court room scene, Murdock cross examines the alleged rapist, in what is supposed to be a criminal trial, even though he isn't a government attorney, i.e., a prosecutor. Additionally, the victim is sitting at the table with Murdock's partner, Nelson, which would only occur at a civil trial.
Factual error: Does anyone else find it odd that there were not only one but three window washer baskets hanging on the side of the building? How did the window washers get out of the baskets halfway up/down the building side, jump? Baskets are never left hanging on the building side because 1) it is unsightly and 2) it presents a potential for damage to the basket/building if a high wind or something comes along. They are stored on the roof top where they are secure. They are controlled from the roof or the basket to keep vandals/thieves from gaining access to the baskets.
Continuity: When Matt enters his office, his secretary is holding the invitation with 'Saturday, July 24 at 8 p.m.' on it. When Matt wakes up from his night with Elektra, however, the invitation he has reads 'Wednesday, August 13 at 7 p.m.'.
Revealing: When Bullseye stabs Elektra with her own sai, watch the profile of the sai. If you look at the angle of the piece being held against her stomach and the angle of the piece that's coming out her back, there's an obvious bend, indicating two different halves.
Continuity: When Elecktra and Daredevil are fighting on the roof, Daredevil is stabbed with a sai by Elektra. After she stabs him there is blood on the window as he slides down it, yet there is no blood on the sai. The blood does not appear until Elektra holds it to his neck.
Continuity: When young Matt is beating up the kids, he sends one of the kids crashing into a wall and falling on top of some garbage bags. When it cuts to Matt kicking the last kid, we can see the other kid has suddenly disappeared from the garbage bags.
Continuity: After Matt's dad wins the boxing match, he holds onto Matt's head with his right arm. When it cuts, he has switched to his left arm.
Plot hole: Matt is present when Natchios and Elektra leave the ball. It seems that they have not gone far when Bullseye attacks the limo - Elektra is still asking what's happening - so how has Matt had time to leave the ball, get back to his apartment, don his costume (which is way too bulky to have been hidden under his tuxedo) and then track down the limo and confront Bullseye? He didn't know Kingpin was going to be there (not knowing who Kingpin is yet), and had no reason to expect trouble.
Continuity: When young Matt is taking a shortcut home and he sees his father beating up a man, he runs away. While he is running, he drops his report card. When we first see him, he is riding his skateboard and not holding anything. [This scene is actually edited from a much longer scene (it is included on the 2004 Director's Cut DVD). Matt was looking for his father at a construction site near the school, and learning he wasn't there, Matt drops his report card into the puddle. This is why, later, he is shown running away with only his skateboard. Still a mistake, but there's why.]
Continuity: During the Kingpin Vs DD fight scene Kingpin takes off DD's mask and it is up against the wall but in the shot of rose petals and DD's Mask, the mask is not against the wall.
Continuity: When young Matt finds his dad passed out in front of the television you can see he is sitting up straight in the chair. When it cuts he has sunken down in the chair.
Revealing: When Elektra is fighting Daredevil on the rooftops, at one point he's on a different building, and she screams and jumps across the gap. There are a few problems, however. For one, she floats across the gap. The way she moves and how she stays in the air give away the fact that she's on wires. Another is that it is a very big gap between the two buildings. There's no way anyone could have made that jump normally, especially since the building she's jumping onto is roughly the same height as the one she's jumping from. Finally, the way she lands is impossible. She lands perfectly on her feet, without any stumbling, crouching, or having to slow down. Very sloppy stunt work.
Factual error: When DD pulls Bullseye's hands to take the sniper shot, no bullet would make a hole that fine. It would have blown his hand off, due to the force of the bullet. There was an explosion when the bullet makes first contact on his skin.
Continuity: When Electra and Matt are fighting in the playground, Electra throws her jacket on the ground and during the scene the jacket moves around.
Continuity: In the sex scene, during one of the first few shots you can see the fireplace, and it is on Ben's right. During the last shot, as they move the camera up to view the fireplace, the fire is on Ben's left.
Continuity: In the scene where you see Daredevil entering his apartment from the roof, when he takes off his mask his eyes are brown, with no sign of his blindness at all.
Continuity: When Bullseye stabs Elektra it cuts to a view where you can see the sai go into her stomach and out her back. Then they go to a close up of Elektra's face to show the agonizing pain she is feeling. When they zoom back out, Bullseye still has the sai pressed up against her belly, but yet it's not sticking out of her back. Then he finally pulls the sai out of her stomach.
Factual error: A few seconds into the fight between Kingpin and DD, the Kingpin grabs DD and throws him against a wall (horizontally, shortly after the vertical throw). However, the point in the arc at which the kingpin lets go would send DD to the left of the camera. DD flies to the right, as if the Kingpin had held on longer.
Continuity: Elektra throws the sai at Bullseye, he catches it and throws it back. You see it pierce her right hand and when she turns to jump, in the next shot she's using the sai in her right hand.
Continuity: In the first cafe scene right before Elektra comes in, Matt's partner hands him mustard instead of honey. While squirting the mustard, some drips off the container and onto the lip of the mug, but when Matt switches the mugs, it's gone.
Continuity: When Daredevil and Elektra are fighting, Elektra is wearing her charm necklace in the beginning of the fight, but after stabbing DD, she is not.
Factual error: When the sniper shoots through Bullseye's hands he holds them up and there is smoke coming from them. Bullet holes don't smoke (unless you get shot with a tracer round and traces of phosphorus are still burning, but that is not the case here).
Continuity: When Electra is kneeling next to her father's body he's lying on a bunch of papers from the "New York Post" truck, but they look like regular paper, not newspaper type paper.
Continuity: Close to the end of the scene where Elektra is practicing in her room with the sandbags, she throws a sai into the sandbag with Daredevils face painted on it. The camera then switches to behind her looking down the length of the room, showing the same sandbag without a sai in it.
Revealing: When Electra and Matt are fighting in the playground, Matt goes to grab his staff/cane from the bench, but just as he is about to grab it his arm stops and a second later Electra kicks his arm out of the way.
Revealing: When Elektra stabs Daredevil, it changes to a shot from behind the glass. If you pause when the glass is intact, you can see a faint circle where the glass has been made to shatter.
Audio problem: When Bullseye leans in at the end of his conversation with Kingpin and says, 'I want a bloody costume,' read his lips. They don't say 'bloody.' They say 'f***ing'.
Continuity: When Daredevil comes home you see stairs with a wall on the right, from Daredevil's point of view, then in the next shot he's gone down one step and there's no wall on his right, it's now on his left with his dad's gloves on it.
Continuity: In the first church scene when Daredevil drops to the church floor, his cane falls to the floor immediately afterwards. However, towards the end of the flashback sequence when he falls to the floor, his cane never hits the ground, though it is given ample time to do so.
Factual error: Someone already mentioned the dates on Matt's invitations are different, but if July 24th was supposedly on a Saturday, then there's no way August 13th could be on a Wednesday.
Continuity: In the final scene where the reporter sees DD on a rooftop and bidding him "Good Luck", DD then runs away the next shot shows him jumping off a building. It's very high but the previous shot only showed him on top of a 3-5 storey building.
Audio problem: In one of the films final scenes after Daredevil has just defeated The Kingpin Daredevil says "Justice is served." in a close-up shot. If you watch the shot right before that close-up though you can see, but not hear, him say justice is served.
Continuity: In the scene following the death of Elektra's dad, we see Matt hitting all of his weapons and helmets to the ground. As he is he knocking down all his 'numchucks' you notice that one in the center stays on the hook. He puts his back to the wall and begins to slide down. If you look to the left of the screen the last weapon has disappeared.
Continuity: In the scene where Matt Murdock's father is killed in the alley, Matt is wearing his father's robe and hood. As Matt runs towards his father's body the robe falls off and lands behind him. Matt kneels down, without turning, to hold his father, then when the camera pulls back the robe and hood have somehow moved several yards in front of them.
Factual error: I think that OSHA would really love to find the building with the window washer baskets. All of the baskets seem to fall apart when Double D lands on them. They'd make a fortune in fines.
Revealing: When Matt's father has died and Matt touches his face, you can see that a vein is throbbing on the father's neck.
Continuity: When Elektra is standing over her dead father her good luck charm is hanging around her neck. In the next shot it is tucked away in her dress.
Factual error: When Bullseye is shot through his hands by the sniper, he spreads his hands with the palms straight outward. This would be impossible, because since the bullet went through the back of his left hand and come out the back of his right hand, the bones of his fingers would be bent accordingly. The fingers on his left hand would be bent backwards, while those of his right would be unable to open completely.
