Continuity: When young Matt finds his dad passed out in front of the television you can see he is sitting up straight in the chair. When it cuts he has sunken down in the chair.

Daredevil (2003) - 48 mistakes
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by Mark Steven Johnson, starring Ben Affleck, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Garner, Michael Clarke Duncan, David Keith, Joe Pantoliano, Jon Favreau, Ellen Pompeo (add more)
Continuity: When young Matt is beating up the kids, he sends one of the kids crashing into a wall and falling on top of some garbage bags. When it cuts to Matt kicking the last kid, we can see the other kid has suddenly disappeared from the garbage bags.
Continuity: After Matt's dad wins the boxing match, he holds onto Matt's head with his right arm. When it cuts, he has switched to his left arm.
Continuity: In the scene where Matt Murdock's father is killed in the alley, Matt is wearing his father's robe and hood. As Matt runs towards his father's body the robe falls off and lands behind him. Matt kneels down, without turning, to hold his father, then when the camera pulls back the robe and hood have somehow moved several yards in front of them.
Continuity: In the scene in the subway you see a clock counting down to the next train, at about 01:55. When we cut to the other end of the station though (instantly, because Daredevil's still coming down the stairs), the timer reads 01:35.
Factual error: When we see the burning 'DD' in Joe Pantoliano's glasses it is not a reflection. The DD should be backwards in his glasses.
Continuity: When Matt enters his office, his secretary is holding the invitation with 'Saturday, July 24 at 8 p.m.' on it. When Matt wakes up from his night with Elektra, however, the invitation he has reads 'Wednesday, August 13 at 7 p.m.'.
Factual error: When Matt Murdock is looking at Elecktra in the rain, he can make out the irises and pupils. This wouldn't be possible for two reasons. Irises and pupils have no depth that could be sensed through his radar sense. Even if they did, he could only see them if the rain was falling straight into her eyes, which would be quite painful and highly unromantic.
Plot hole: Matt is present when Natchios and Elektra leave the ball. It seems that they have not gone far when Bullseye attacks the limo - Elektra is still asking what's happening - so how has Matt had time to leave the ball, get back to his apartment, don his costume (which is way too bulky to have been hidden under his tuxedo) and then track down the limo and confront Bullseye? He didn't know Kingpin was going to be there (not knowing who Kingpin is yet), and had no reason to expect trouble.
Continuity: When Daredevil kicks Bullseye off his motorcycle, Bullseye has nothing in his hands when he's flying through the air, but when he lands he's holding Daredevil's baton. Watch closely when Daredevil's kick connects, and you can see they never even come close enough for Bullseye to grab the baton, or for him to snatch it if it was dropped.
Continuity: When Elektra is standing over her dead father her good luck charm is hanging around her neck. In the next shot it is tucked away in her dress.
Continuity: In the scene following the death of Elektra's dad, we see Matt hitting all of his weapons and helmets to the ground. As he is he knocking down all his 'numchucks' you notice that one in the center stays on the hook. He puts his back to the wall and begins to slide down. If you look to the left of the screen the last weapon has disappeared.
Continuity: When Electra is kneeling next to her father's body he's lying on a bunch of papers from the "New York Post" truck, but they look like regular paper, not newspaper type paper.
Continuity: In the funeral scene, Elektra is exposed to the rain for a few moments, so that Matt can 'see' her face. She then covers up with an umbrella. When she gets in her car, her hair and face are completely dry.
Audio problem: When Bullseye leans in at the end of his conversation with Kingpin and says, 'I want a bloody costume,' read his lips. They don't say 'bloody.' They say 'f***ing'.
Revealing: When Elektra stabs Daredevil, it changes to a shot from behind the glass. If you pause when the glass is intact, you can see a faint circle where the glass has been made to shatter.
Continuity: When Daredevil throws his stick and it hits Bullseye on the forehead you can see a red mark where it hit, but the next time we see Bullseye he has no mark.
Factual error: When the sniper shoots through Bullseye's hands he holds them up and there is smoke coming from them. Bullet holes don't smoke (unless you get shot with a tracer round and traces of phosphorus are still burning, but that is not the case here).
Audio problem: In one of the films final scenes after Daredevil has just defeated The Kingpin Daredevil says "Justice is served." in a close-up shot. If you watch the shot right before that close-up though you can see, but not hear, him say justice is served.
Continuity: Near the beginning of the movie we see that Matt has many visible scars on his back. But when Matt Murdock and Elektra are having sex in the bed there's a shot of Matt turning over onto his back, and almost all of the scars are gone.
