Character mistake: Although Dr. Kalarjian said that there is a "code blue", which means a patient requiring resuscitation or other immediate medical attention, she wanders over there without rushing at all.

Suggested correction: When she was getting closer, she started rushing more. It took a while for her to get there but maybe that was just done to fool the audience. Kimberly did think she was going to kill Isabella after all.

Character mistake: The guy on TV says all of the flight 180 survivors have died. That's incorrect as Clear is still alive and a main character of this film. (00:02:05)

Factual error: In the final scene where the gas grill blows up, the arm that falls to the table in front of the mother is not from a teenager - it is nearly twice as large as the young man's arms (as previously seen in multiple scenes). Some people say it's a leg, but if that's so it's a bit odd having fingers on the right side of it... (01:25:11)
