During the final scene where Doughboy is sitting on the front porch with Tre and talking, you can see most of the porch is in shade. When Sherryl walks onto the front lawn and starts talking to them, the sun is now shining brightly on her and on the front porch. This happens throughout the scene. Writer/director John Singleton has a cameo in this film. He is the mailman with the uniform, cap, and sunglasses that delivers the letters to Doughboy's mother's house when Doughboy and Ricky are having a fight out on the front lawn. John gives the letters to the boys' mother. See more...
