Continuity: Towards the end of the movie when Chaz and the band are rebelling on stage and wrecking all the equipment, there are a few shots where you can clearly see that Brendan Fraser is only pretending to smash his guitar.

Chazz: Who'd win in a wrestling match, Lemmy or God?
Chris Moore: Lemmy.
[Rex imitates a game show buzzer]
Chris Moore: God?
Rex: Wrong, dickhead. Trick question. Lemmy is God.
Trivia
When Chaz is outside the radio station confessing to his girlfriend that his real name is Chester and he was a geek in high school, the guy in the crowd who shouts out "I was the editor of the school magazine" is Lemmy Kelmister, the lead singer of the metal band Motorhead. See more...
Airheads (1994) - 8 mistakes
starring Adam Sandler, Brendan Fraser, Chris Farley, Michael McKean, Steve Buscemi (add more)
Continuity: Near the end of the film the band is rebelling on stage. It shows a shot of Pip pushing a drum over, the next shot shows him pushing the exact same drum over again.
Factual error: As mentioned before the radio booth should have had sound proof glass, but when Pip's girlfriend knocks on the glass and says "Hey guys you're on TV" they can hear her perfectly.
Factual error: In the discussion between Sergeant O'Malley and Chaz, Chaz says "All i want is a lousy 3 minutes and 31 seconds of Airplay, to air his song. Even though the real song used which is definitely exactly the same as the one on the tape goes for 3 minutes and 51 seconds. 20 seconds longer than Chaz says it is.
Continuity: When Chaz asks "Are we still on the air?" they point to the light that says "on air" which is lit up. The next shot you can still see the light over Chaz's shoulder which is no longer on.
Audio problem: When Chaz, Pip, and Rex are playing their music in prison, watch as they close up the show. There's a final round of drum beats (in a typical rock 'n' roll fashion), but you don't even have to look all that carefully to see Pip's moving hands and sticks are not even remotely doing the same beats.
Continuity: Fraser's girlfriend slams a chair against a soundproof glass and the glass shatters. Soundproof glass is usually 3 or 4 inches thick and is very hard to break. Also, if the glass wasn't soundproof, it should've been because most radio stations have those.
Factual error: When The Lone Rangers are playing in jail at the end, Rex the bass player and Chaz are in the wrong music keys for the riff they're "playing" and Pip is hitting the wrong symbols and drums. I know they're actors but c'mon, get somewhere near the right frets, Rex was all the way in 17th 18th on D, when hes meant to be on 1st 4th on the E and 5th 6th and 8th on the A, during the solo. It's not even a hard song.
