Mistake Continuity: As the group enters Zinj, a black man leads. As he walks through a cave, he is holding nothing. In the next shot he has a machete and gun.

Mistake Continuity: When Dr. Elliot hugs Amy, after she finsihes painting, the position of Amy's head on his shoulder keeps changing between shots.

Mistake Continuity: When Dr. Ross meets her boss at the cart, as they walk towards the large building, the sunlight on the building changes between shots

Mistake Continuity: When Homolka is telling Dr. Elliot about not being able to afford the plane fuel, the buckle on his bag strap moves between shots.

Mistake Continuity: When the group leaves the African airport in the truck, the hole in the truck roof is closed, then open in one interior shot, then closed again.

Mistake Continuity: When the plane is hit by missiles, Munro gives Amy a drugged banana to sedate her. Between shots the length of the banana changes.

Mistake Continuity: When the group arrive at the plane, the ground around it differs from wet to dry and the shadows around it also change a few times.

Mistake Continuity: When Charles Travis picks up the eyeball as he sits on the steps of Zinj, he changes from holding it in his fingers/on his palm.

Mistake Continuity: Nearer the end, sometime during the catastrophe in the mines, Dr. Elliot gains a large bruise on his forehead. This has later completely vanished.

Mistake Continuity: When everyone is at the second plane, Munro opens a box which is completely in sunlight. In the next shot it's covered in shadow.

Mistake Continuity: After the Travicom boss smashes the TV screen, the right side of the screen is on fire. In the next shot the left side is now the side alight.

Mistake Continuity: When the boss says to Dr. Ross "So Where is He!?" [about Charles], his hands go from by his side, to on his golf club between shots.

Mistake Continuity: When the first missile hits the plane, Richard holds onto and comforts Amy twice between shots, as the plane begins to rock violently.

Mistake Continuity: When Dr. Elliot and the group arrive at the plane, the plane changes position between shots, in relation to the trucks surrounding it.

Mistake Revealing: When everyone jumps from the plane, all of the stunt doubles are easily seen - [Dr. Elliot's stunt double is ridiculously easy to spot!]

Mistake Continuity: When the group arrive to the plane, in the truck, the people standing around the plane/area changes/disappear etc. between shots.

Mistake Continuity: When Dr. Elliot is doing his presentation, there is a large TV on a stand, with a VCR, which suddenly vanishes halfway through.

Mistake Continuity: Just before Homolka jumps out of the plane, he puts his right hand on the side of the door and his left hand is holding his bag. In the next shot the hands have reversed roles.

Mistake Revealing: When the missile destroys the second airplane after everyone has escaped, the airplane suddenly stops moving forward. In the next shot where we see a close-up of the explosion, it is also stationary against the sky.

Mistake Continuity: When Dr. Elliot is faced with the Silverback gorilla, the size of the sweat stain around his collar and shirt changes throughout the scene.
